Louise is an exceptional host and she has a lovely home. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Louise recommended places to visit and we were not disappointed in any of her recommendations.

We were only there one night - should have stayed longer.

The house was spotless and very attractive: view of the sea from our bedroom; great sunset from church road & our favorite beach just down the road. Dinner & breakfast were scrumptious!

Nothing - it was superb.

A fantastic house decorated to the highest standard. The host Louise is a very welcoming and knowledgeable person who provides a wealth of travel and activity tips not only for the local area but across Nova Scotia. Staying with Louise has been the highlight of our trip so far (and we don’t expect it to be topped)

Host Louise treated us as welcome guests in her home, not just paying customers. The accommodation is a lovely, comfortable room on the second floor of her house, and you are the only guests. A small lounge is also available for making tea and coffee. louise made a delicious breakfast and even sent us on our way with muffins. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The weather….which was beyond anyones’ control. Unfortunately it was foggy and we were unable to see the beautiful beaches.

This was the best guesthouse we’ve stayed in so far on our road trip around Nova Scotia. Perfect host, beautiful house.

The bathroom was located down the hall although there were no other guests staying on the same level.

The bed was very comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming. The house was very clean with modern renovations. The cooked breakfast was simple but tasty.

The property was unassuming from the outside but inside was beautifully decorated and with interesting artwork . The bed was very comfortable and bedroom was spotless. Nice touches like quality toiletries and lovely soft , white towels in the bathroom. There is a lovely restaurant about 300 m from the property which was highly recommended. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast with juice and coffee.

could be a tv in the rooms incase you need to kill some time, but we weren’t there very long and had no issues.

it was perfect for a place to sleep and a delicious breakfast made by our wonderful host the next morning. we were in later evening, had the best dinner just down the street and then a great place to sleep with a clean, welcoming home. a great breakfast the next morning before we headed out again on our journey

Pleased with everything. Just be aware this is a small guest house and you might have to share the bathroom with other guests.

Everything in this professionally refurbished older home looked new. Louise was very pleasant and very accommodating in preparing breakfast. Bed was very comfortable.
