The exterior was very intimidating on arrival, Was nothing like expected on the photos . There were warnings that renovations were underway, but not to this extent. There are some small scale improvements that could be made. Thankful the bed was clean as well as the mattress and mattress topper. suggest adding some waterproof multi purpose mattress in casement?

Don’t judge a book by its cover. We were quite sceptical upon arrival as they’re under renovations & the exterior certainly did not reflect the photo. The inside facilities are updated, modern and clean within the capabilities of an older building. The pool was huge and great and then buffer Breakfast was fantastic. Was given a room with adjoining door , people next room very noisy , children seemed to be slamming the door for fun! For hours!

We would have appreciated a selection of drinks and snacks in the mini fridge. Otherwise, no complaints- and we will return in the future.

The hotel had excellent amenities - a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, golf course, and on site restaurant. There was cold flavoured water available in the lobby - we recommend the staff advises filling up your water bottles when you check in, as the rooms do not have water bottles available in the mini fridge. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows. We also appreciate the staffs help giving us white wine glasses, so we did not have to drink our Chardonnay out of plastic cups. Breakfast was delicious as well, we received a warm greeting when we arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised to see baked beans available on the hot bar. Get your fill of sausages while they're available, breakfast is stopped serving promptly at 930 am.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not pleasant. The food was lukewarm and very bland with limited options. Additionally during our stay, the soap dish fell out of the wall while I was showering which was alarming. I let the front desk know and they immediately offered us another room to complete the repair. Based on this and the overall feel, I would say that the bathrooms are due for some renovations. However, staff handled the situation well.

Overall, this hotel met our needs for a quick work trip. From the moment we checked in staff were friendly and helpful, offering prompt service and answering questions. The room was comfortable, the pool facilities were excellent and staffed (a bonus).

There was no coffee machine in the room. The front desk clerk said B.W. was doing a trial at their facility with no coffee machines in the room. When we notified her that we would like to have one, she immediately had one brought to our room.

Not enuf towels. T.v had streaming with netflix and YouTube but no mircast or screenmirroring or airpkay. In pens or notepad. The plugs on the lights suck.balcony easily reached by climbing the trellis.

The exterior was very very dated! Construction was still going on. I felt like I paid a lot for a hotel still under construction. The breakfast was extremely understaffed and very sloppy. Lots of ketchup and bits of food all around the serving area. Lots of tables not cleaned up, and still piled up with lots of dirty dishes. Both coffee urns were empty and finding assistance took awhile. With the number of patrons of the breakfast, there should be at least 1 attendant ensuring food is covered and counters are clean. If the hotel knew of staff shortages, they should have provided instructions to patrons to bring their dishes to the cleaning area.

The room has no coffee maker. Coffee is available near the lobby but I prefer a coffee maker ensuite.

The hotel is clean and the desk staff friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was given the extra blanket requested. The location is great if you would like to be near the highway as well as shopping. There is a restaurant on site if you like sports bars

The building was under renovation but that was okay. The room was nice but the one queen bed was awful. The springs had gone on it and it was like sleeping in a hole. Made for a very bad sleep. Breakfast was nice but some foods weren’t that tasty (eggs). Staff were all very kind and polite.

In general, very much to complain about as it is very convenient and well-maintained place, but if you're a couple looking for some down time and relaxation at the hot tub and pool some weekends are not the best as you have to share with a lot of others at some times.

Well, I can say the staff is always very friendly and helpful! This is my 5th time staying here and its always pleasant and I'll be a repeat customer for sure. The one thing I love about this place it is always clean!!
