We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere was no AC in the room (the thermostat was set to 54 and the temperature was sitting around 75). There was a window heater that was constantly blowing hot air. It could not be turned off or controlled. The window also had no screen on it. So we had to sleep in a hot room without AC, or with an open window to street-level letting bugs and whatever else inside. Not great.
The hotel and room were clean. The amenities were fine.

LithuaniaThe soundproofing of the rooms. Many hunters stay there during their guided trips. Meaning 2-3 am wake ups are necessary. Same for me. But you hear everything in the other rooms. The plumbing is super loud. You can't even watch tv silently in the evening as everyone can still hear it. The toilet keeps refilling every 30 min, again, super loudly.

CanadaThe hot tub was full of dirt and dead flies, no water and quite gross to look at.
Breakfast buffet was good (not included $18), no free drinks with the included breakfast which is unusual. (Not even coffee) also we had family in another room that booked directly with the hotel and couldn’t have the free breakfast because it wasn’t a 3rd party booking.

Has some commercial truck parking available, close to some basic shopping amenities and coffee. There is always a staff member cleaning and maintaining the premises. Beds are basic but comfortable and room was clean.
