Our family had a very comfortable stay at this hotel in Halifax. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the price was very affordable compared to other options. The staff were friendly. Great service overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Halifax

Really happily surprised by how nice the hotel was. Rooms were modern and clean, free breakfast was hot and had a lot of options, kids enjoyed the pool, fitness room had goot equipment and TVs (you could even connect to the sound with Bluetooth).

Absence of a handheld shower (extremely important for my wife).

It has everything you need to stay in a 3-star hotel, such as comfortable beds & great pillows, microwave & fridge, great new bathroom. Besides, I would like to highlight the existence of a small gym (with cable cross-over) and warm pool with slides (my son was excited about it). Delicious breakfast with fried eggs, bacon, and pancakes energized our family for a long trip to Digby and whale watching.

There is not enough space to hang used towels in the bathroom. Accessible room shower curtain needs improvement (water was everywhere); moreover, the whole suite needs more soundproofing (heard lots of noise from the pool downstairs)

The construction going on but I believe it will be added to the betterment of the place and it will be more attractive when it's done and will give a modern look as well..

The Location is not far from the airport, food was good, not far from the mall & grocery store and the downtown area. Staff was friendly and the place is clean and I feel the area is safe as well and family friendly.

While it didn’t affect our stay there is some construction going on! It’s going to be really nice when it’s done!

Toilet paper and tissues are super cheap, thin and rough. I mentioned this to the front desk and she said they've heard the complaint before but are limited to IHG branded choices. This may sound like a little thing but adds up to frustration on multiple night stays. Also doesn't fit with the overall upscale feel of the rest of the room and facility.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Modern furnishings. Two choices for window coverings with more or less light. Larger sized bar fridge and microwave in room's coffee nook. Modern chargers/plugs that are very easy to access. Wish all hotel rooms did this! Convenient location off the highway in Dartmouth. Very glad we stayed here and not in the chaotic traffic of Halifax itself.
