That said, I’m very sorry to learn about the challenges you experienced during your stay. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with an uncomfortable bed, a flooding issue in the accessible shower, and the malfunctioning privacy curtain. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, especially when it comes to accessibility and safety, two things we take seriously.
