Lovely room. Lots of space. Parking and location was fantastic.

It prefer ceramic cups in coffee machine.

Very welcome check-in people and great location and facility. We were there for a show at OLG, only 3mins walk, perfect location.

Only the door is a little bit shorter and it doesn’t get locked the outside sound well. Need to have some sound insolation for the corridor.

Just for the location. The reception staffs were nice.

The most unsatisfactory thing was that I was assigned a room next to the ice machine. VERY NOISE! One staff started collecting ice at around 7 a.m. and continued until 8:15 a.m., unable to fall asleep at all. The window faces the parking lot, and you can occasionally hear the noise made by cars.

Close to the casino

Didn’t smell great in hallways, rock hard mattress, tiny old tv off centered to bed. Wallpaper, paint peeling off Parking was blocked off had to go through entry to pay for parking and tell them your staying at the hotel.

Good size room and had a view of the swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious - choice from the cooked to order menu. Outside and inside Swimming pools and inside got tub. Pool was a good temperature and sunbeds next to it. Location of the hotel was good- just a few mins walk down the hill to the falls. Good to have a noon checkout so could enjoy the pool in the morning (it opened at 10.30am). Good to have free parking at the hotel- easy to find a space.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the pool was cozy to sit outside on at night. Hotel was fairly quiet. Location was very convenient to things we wanted to do, the falls, shops, restaurants close by, including Coco's downstairs and Margaritaville next door, the Skylon Tower also next door, etc. .. and to the shuttle access for things we wanted to do that were beyond a close walking distance. The indoor pool was nice and the water temperature was much cooler as it was 90°, making it very refreshing!

The rooms do not have a microwaves, which is very inconvenient .. you have to go to a different floor to use a microwave just to heat up leftovers, coffee, etc.

Location was close to falls and amenities. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the wood fired pizza.

Lock on the sliding door coming out of the wall. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Need drains in bathroom sink and tub need to be cleaned out, slow to drain. Wall paper was coming off in spots.

They refused to issue the invoice for my company

The staff at the front desk was especially 👌 helpful.The lady and gentleman that was there the night of the 9th was most helpful. Can't thank them enough. Fix my son's suitcase he said to say thank you all.

The kids didn't like how slow the wifi was. I didn't like how we were being push to always tip when we paying with links

I liked the location close to the falls and restaurants.

I didn't like that our room was on the first floor, with our door facing the back entrance, and our room balcony door faced an ally alcove with dumpsters. I felt unsafe especially since it was two women and her female child. We asked for a different room and got a second floor room which felt safer, but still had high windows facing the same dumpsters. The door would not close quietly, and we had to almost slam it to close it.
