The breakfast could be better. It was okay….some of the food was rubbery.

Breakfast was sketchy, we were there for 4 days. The hot breakfast was cold each day. There was cereal and toast, which was fine, but the eggs and sausage were cold to lukewarm. We gave it a try twice then ate out the rest of our trip.

Older staff mostly ignores you and talkscto each other. When you need something you have to interrupt them to get their attention. The younger staff is very helpful and attentive.

It wasn't the fault of the proprietor but there was a group across the hall from me that was very loud and also had a screaming baby and they prompted their door open with a towel for some reason which allowed the noise to echo into the hallway.

Led to believe we could park our car there while we travelled. Turned out not to be the case! So we had to make alternate arrangements at the last minute!

We were unaware that it was a pet friendly hotel until check-in. While checking in we spoke with Front desk informing them that our daughter was anaphylactic and we would appreciate that we were put on the floor that did not have pets. She said that the third floor didn’t have any pet or that there was no pets allowed on the third floor. We got our room key and within an hour of being in, the room beside us the lady coming out of it walked out with her dog and a massive dog. We were speechless. We rushed downstairs and spoke with front desk, asking them why knowing our daughter was enough anaphylactic they would put a guest with a dog right next to our room. They apologize informed us that the front desk the worker gave us the wrong information at the time of check and that the whole hotel was pet friendly, they moved us to a different room second floor I believe upon entering the room all we could smell was wet carpet, and mouldy smell which obviously from having pets in that room the carpet smelled moldy. We decided to just complete our stay and leave the next morning. This was a very scary situation that could’ve gone very horribly, we stayed and we left the next day we took every precaution we could take by taking stairs the stairs and the elevators because there were dogs constantly in the elevator and kept our daughter outside of the hotel as much as possible .

Our family appreciated the morning breakfast.

The facilities were so clean and updated. Breakfast was very good. The staff and the hotel were very family friendly. They offered my kids and dog treats during our stay. The pool had some floaties and was the perfect temperature. It was very nice

Sometimes the hot food was cold..

Every staff member was curtious and helpful. Above and beyond service.. Front desk Karen was helpful and very polite. She helped with transition from one room to another and upgraded room.
