Real milk and cream should be provided with 24 hr coffee and tea instead of coffee mate as it has sugar in it

Very clean and easy to check in. We went with grandparents and asked for two connected suites. It was very easy for group of people with kids! It’s close to Dragon Legend buffet and has a Costco just next door!

There was an unpleasant smell in our suite that did not go away. We couldn't decide if it was the carpet or because of the air conditioning. Opportunities for improvement are around the much appreciated complimentary hot breakfast. Milk jug was usually empty. Since it is a smaller size and used for coffee, tea, and cereal, there really should have been two available. Coffee was empty on two mornings. Butter container was usually empty. Toaster machine set too low as people needed to run their bread or bagels etc through 2 or 3 times to get it actually toasted. This caused a backup/lineup. The one person we saw working was working very hard indeed but with so many guests going through food and beverage quickly, it was hard to keep up. Still, once we had the food, it was quite tasty.

Staff was professional, friendly and kind. They always acknowledged us as we came and went and any staff we passed on our way to breakfast wished us a cheerful "Good Morning". Our room was larger than expected which was a nice surprise. Breakfast choices were good, changed daily, and I enjoyed the coffee. The beds were large and comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. For our purposes, the hotel is in an excellent location.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent with a reasonable price. Breakfast was fresh and clean every day, though it would be nice to have a bit more variety throughout the week. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Not too much to do within walking distance but that wasn't a problem for us. The walls are a little thin but not a problem since the room is big enough to find a quieter corner if needed.

The breakfast was so delicious and the staff were all very polite and wonderful. The kitchen in the room was nice, clean, and easy to use. The bed, sofa, and all furniture was comfortable, and the room had nice windows and lighting. I would come back just for the breakfast and service. I miss it already :(

The pillows were all very flat, but we asked for ones with more loft and were provided them immediately upon our request.

There is truly nothing negative to say about this stay. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms to the quiet atmosphere that helped us rest well.

The place had been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh and modern. The bed was comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere helped us recover from jet lag quickly. The BBQ facilities were great—we enjoyed cooking steak outdoors. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, which added a nice touch to our 5am mornings.

When we came back from the show we went to, there was only one spot left in the parking lot and some inconsiderate guest in a large pickup truck had blocked it with their poor parking. The front desk had to instruct us to park in the adjacent lot and move our vehicle in the morning. It definitely interrupted our sleep and made us anxious that our vehicle would be ticketed or towed. That was the biggest issue we encountered. I wish there was another trash bin by the kitchen, but that's about the only thing I would recommend adding to the rooms. To accommodate people's needs better, I wish the hotel could offer to-go breakfasts for those not able to get downstairs for breakfast.

Check-in was easy, fast, and we felt safe and secure at the location. Our room was spacious, VERY clean, and had most anything we could think of. I really appreciated the full kitchen and eco-friendly measures taken. The breakfast was potentially the best we have enjoyed at a hotel-my partner really enjoyed the taco bar. The noon checkout time was initially what prompted me to book here instead of the hotel next door that we have stayed with before.
