The room was in rough shape, the toilet didn't flush, there was no ice available, the breakfast was pretty meh, and there wasn't even coffee (no coffee!?)

Space between the air conditioner and the enclosure where all the moths and bugs came in. Air conditioner not working properly and it getting very hot in the room. Door handle and tap handle loose and hard to make them work. Very strong smell of old cigarette smoke lingering in the room. Breakfast was out of waffle batter and out of orange juice as well.

Downtown and very close to the hospital where I needed to be. Clean fresh smelling linen and towels, room overall nice and clean.

Drawers didn’t open, no plug for the sink, very thin walls allowing us to hear a very heated domestic several rooms away and other guests coming back at 0200 and playing tv loudly at that time.

There was a makeup stain on one of the towels, and the room didn't match the photos, it was a lot dingyer and not as clean as the photos make it appears.

Changed our room because of our needs, but the price went up. The room was done daily except for the last day. Was a bit disappointed with that.

Breakfast room was unorganized, fridge was dirty and not cold enough so we didn’t get anything from there. My partner and I had an accident outside the hotel, right in the parking lot. Someone hit our car. I asked the receptionist about the camera footage so we can file a police report, and he told me they couldn’t send it to me. Apparently, the cameras aren’t working.

Some minor issues. The wifi is not great. There was no heating at all but that was fixed when we asked. A fuse blew and we were in total darkness. Again they fixed when we told them

The pictures advertised on booking.com did not reflect the condition of the hotel. Garbages in the hall were full and overflowing, glass ring stains outside hotel room door, the carpet in the room was dirty and did not look like it had been vacuumed, there was a used bandaid on the floor under one of the tables.

Overall the room was fine for a one night stay.

room smelled of cigarette smoke. did not feel comfortable eating anything out of the breakfast room. it was very dirty. mold in the orange juice, cold and most likely day old coffee. waffle maker looks like it has not been cleaned in a very long time, not that there was waffle batter, wouldn't of used it anyway. overflowing garbage in the breakfast room when i was the first person in. also garbage in the parking lot for the 3 days I was there did not get picked up. Quick overnight stay is one thing but would not stay for more then that again. I had to go get my room key reprogrammed every single time I had to open the door.

great location. get what ya pay for. I did appreciate getting a late check out to accommodate my child's nap.

-Breakfast was low value, even for Continental. The boiled eggs were kept warmish, they should be chilled. The waffle dispenser was broken. The dishes (plates, utensils, cups, glasses) were dirty. -Noise from the highway was loud/constant (this of course can't be helped by hotel) on front side. Not sure back rooms were any better, on a small walk found a few homeless empty alcohol bottles. -King bed was hollowed out on most used side, making for a side slipping sleep. -Single pouch coffee maker was missing the drawer to place coffee pouch. Staff quickly gave me a new machine, but how could housekeeping possibly miss this?

Room and facilities were ok, basic. Free upgrade with Booking.com.

The room was dark and in need of refurbishment, there was a leaky AC unit which leaked unless turned on (and then turned on made a loud noise), bathroom was quite questionable in terms on cleanliness.

It was close to the center of town and staff were friendly. Parking is included in the price.
