The only positives about this place are the location and the budget-friendly price. Beyond that, it’s a disappointment. The entrance to the rooms reeks as if a toilet exploded there, and inside, I found flies and insects crawling out from under the fridge. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi is practically useless—it either doesn’t connect at all or crawls at an unbearable 0.5 Mbps.

The room was serviceable for a one night stay after we had a bed fixed upon arrival - clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and attentive. It was easy to get to the hotel and good free parking. Air con worked well.

There was very little to no hot water for showering.

The room was in rough shape, the toilet didn't flush, there was no ice available, the breakfast was pretty meh, and there wasn't even coffee (no coffee!?)

I like that I could park right in front of my door

The room had a smell. There was a lot of garbage/ building parts laying around outside. The door didn’t lock securely.

I was supposed to pay just under 120, then they tell me the require a 150 deposit which was not mentioned when I booked. He said he would contact the owner about the 150 but he said they required it. So my daughter and I left. Drove another 3hrs to maple ridge and stayed with friends

The location was good, staff was very friendly and pleasant the cleaning of the room was the worst I've ever seen the sheets had stains on them there was only towels in the room nothing else no face cloth no hand towel the bathtub how to ring the lunch area and the food area was clean but all of the chairs were covered in white leatherette and weren't wipe down they had hand prints all over them the stains on the sheets were enough to cure me I didn't let anybody into my room I was staying for a convention I put a different sheet over top the sheet that was stained and slept on that

Check-in was at 3:00 and when I got there it looked like the cleaning was interrupted and never finished. Like it had only been partly done and I didn't realize until later that I had no face cloth, no hand towels, just a bath towel. The tub was so so. The worst part was stains on the sheets. Gave me the creeps and so I used other linens to cover the bed. I decided that if this was the way the cleaning was done I would reject maid service as I was not comfortable having them near my stuff. We had booked four.days there was a special Jehovah's Witness convention on and we we travelled 6 hours to attend.. To concelled and go else where was the cost of a night's stay. Two of us booked a room each. So we decide we would stay put. Looks like it's family run and the staff was very nice really Pleasant to be around. We went out for supper and the lady from the front desk had a pail and rags to do rooms (5:30). Not very profession no cleaning cart with various rags for different surfaces. ((Counters tiolet, tub and floor ) That too was creepy. Room to rom with a spray bttle pail and rags. We told her not to bother with ours. ...(so check in is at 3 but cleaning is at 5- 5:30. ) They were so kind and pleasant it feels bad to give such a terrible review but they need training on how to clean a hotel and what is expected in the room at a 3:00 check in. Everything should be ready in place, ready and clean. Then the review would be better. And refine or replace furniture with burns from cigarettes... There's a $350 fine for people smoking in the room and I'm a nonsmoker so that made me happy to see that...but when we arrived there was Smoke Burns everywhere on the bed board on the side tables on the carpet

Breakfast was good. Location excelent

Pillows wern't much. One bed would tip up at the head when you sat on end of bed. No kleenex in room and toilet paper was very thin

Breakfast room was clean and well organized there was good quality food but Minimal choices

The building itself is very old. My room stunk like cigarettes even though it was repainted, it was just painted over all the old grossness. The furniture was full of cigarette burns. There was a back alley where we parked our cars, and it was full of crackheads. There was not a double lock on the door, so I did not feel secure.

Good for the rest after long drive. Breakfast was having good options for while family with two fruits.

Window AC was loud. Cleanliness was not good.

Downtown and very close to the hospital where I needed to be. Clean fresh smelling linen and towels, room overall nice and clean.

Space between the air conditioner and the enclosure where all the moths and bugs came in. Air conditioner not working properly and it getting very hot in the room. Door handle and tap handle loose and hard to make them work. Very strong smell of old cigarette smoke lingering in the room. Breakfast was out of waffle batter and out of orange juice as well.

Everything you need from a motel, comfortable beds, and close to shops

Drawers didn’t open, no plug for the sink, very thin walls allowing us to hear a very heated domestic several rooms away and other guests coming back at 0200 and playing tv loudly at that time.

The coffee was good, but the make-your-own-waffle batter was too runny so the waffles didn't cook properly and stuck to the pan. Toast was the only hot food
