The guest laundry was not working however the receptionist guy told us that it can be used. The feeling is absolutely priceless to find your clothes soaking in 20 liter water in the washing machine at midnight... Taking out all the clothes fully wet and press out the water by hand does not elevate the level of comfort. However the midnight staff was kind and helped us to put in all the clothes in the dryer of the hotel. At 2:30 we have finished with the washing... The room was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast is poor, espacially the variety of food.

Right from Check in, you feel at home and welcome. Rooms are a nice size and well appointed. Staff is attentive. I do like the daily housekeeping , and free breakfast. This place is a hidden gem

The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms are a little cramped.

The location was great and so was the price. Hot breakfast with many cold options was a bonus. Pool was amazing and very clean. The front desk staff were exceptional!

Location was a bummer. Quite away from downtown & services. We ended up ordering delivery as it was due to rain and we were on motorcycles.

Clean, rooms we nice with LVP floors, not dirty carpet. Bed & pillows the best we found on this vacation. Rooms had sliders with screens to allow fresh air.

No fan in the bathroom.

We were traveling with our kids and grandkids. The included breakfast was very convenient and had enough options. The kids loved the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciated the confirmation call two days before our booking. It was great being able to tie our boat up right outside on the river. The restaurant was delicious for supper after a day out on the water.

Nice location next to the river, but at a dead end. Receptionist on duty on the desk for the evening was great. He was so informative and chatty. Nice bloke! Room ok, clean and conformable. Great restaurant adjoining the hotel, highly recommended but did get noisy

The location was a little further than we thought but the price made up for location.

The stylish room, very updated, clean and comfy beds. We also ate at the attached restaurant and the food was good.

First room was next to an exit and I couldn't keep curtains open during the power outage as I wanted privacy. The exit had a lot of traffic of people loading and unloading items.

Staff was accommodating. Brett worked hard for getting us a great discount as compensation for power being out for 3 hrs and an issue with a previous visit where both pool and restaurant were closed due to renovations. The second night was a jacuzzi room and we couldn't have been happier. They recommended food choice, taxi service for nearby concert. Happy friendly people.

Doors are quite thin so certain voices on the floor cannot be overheard.

Good place to stay. Right next to the river with a great view in the morning! Very friendly and helpful staff!! Nice indoor pool to relax after a traveling day. The restaurant in the same building is very good too!
