Location.

Insufficient power plugs. Very basic continental breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable. Like that room has mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig for morning coffee or tea.

Breakfast options were minimal - cereal, yogurt or toast.

Rough bed it was very noisy the breakfast consisted of toast and cereal

Walking distance to a few restaurants, quiet, decent price

Clerk didn't speak clearly, I'm old, my hearing isn't the greatest anymore. Hard bed, not comfortable at all. Extremely sore back in the morning.

NOTHING, THE PLACE IS A CRIME SCENE

This location had a bad smell, the room 118 had blood stained mattresses, blood stained floors, key cards did not work, the front desk came to look at the room and both woman where also disgusted, my kids in 10 min in that room are all not feeling good now, they tried switching us to room 120 when we got into the hall floors carpets where all disgusting stained, peed on and other things, https://youtu.be/r6pF46bYBkU?si=Ib7Q2rP0fIyZpsPG Hotel says they refund you they don't, they pass it as a refund then cancel it and take your money, we contacted health canada and some other federal regulators and the swift current council is now investigating as well. The breakfast was ok. Not much choice. Would have been nice to have something hot.

Always had a problem with the room key. Could never get the door open.

Very crowed room . Staff tried to keep up but it was difficult to have a waffle . The coffee was lined up . It might have been helpful to have tables in lobby and leave the food room for walk around - finding food and being able to reach certain food timely .

my front door did not lock was running late so just went out back door and dead bolted the front door big leak in bathroom cracks and moldy smell under sink think was leaking inside wall floor was soaked

Breakfast was super minimal. Not many choices even for a continental breakfast and was in part of the old shut down restaurant that used to be in the hotel.

The breakfast offered, the cleanliness of the room, the upkeep of the outside of the property the very dated decor, stained worn carpeting and overall the entire place.

It wasn’t dirty or smelly, but it could use an update. Wife went for complimentary breakfast and was disappointed. Very little selection. She got her tea and a couple of muffins.

The outward appearance, look really shabby like a meth hang out. So we just drove on by and got a place somewhere else
