The location is excellent. The house is old, so I did not expect to have a full comfort.

Location, location, location.

I had a room on the top floor, with lots of stairs. That's probably all that was left when I booked. Rooms on second and third floors would be preferable.

I liked everything

Location was great and close to my medical appointment Location.

The bed was comfortable, but too high for a short person to be able to easily get into it. Otherwise, the room was great and the shower worked perfectly and lots of hot water.

The location was really good. There were lots of food shops and bus stop was just few minutes away.

First, the curtain in my room has molds, seems like it hasn't been wash for the longest time. The towels had very visible stains. The carpet has some kinda moldy smell. Lastly, the bed made squicky noices whenever I toss and turn which was so annoying. I used some utensils and glasses and since there's no sink downstairs, I left the dishes on the tray and those dishes probably there for like an overnight. Like, no one's checking on it.

Great location!

No running water or sink in the kitchen area made it difficult to deal with breakfasts. The bathroom in our room was EXTREMELY small. I had to go out to change my mind. Never met anyone who worked there at anytime, just the other guest so no way to ask questions etc.

sheets, towels and curtains had stains and even they were washed, the feeling was dirty. They can be changed with new ones without stains. Rather than that it was ok.

Mattress was saggy ,room small , poor breakfast almost nothing there and trash wasn’t emptied in four days.

Great location. They also provide some staples for breakfast: bread, peanut butter, cereals, yoghurts, tea and coffee. The staff is very helpful and accommodated my extra request.

The building is historical, so it is old. The sink in the bathroom was tiny. There was a mice, but that happens in such buildings. I was told it’s quite a common issue in houses in St. John’s.

The facility feels "tired" For example. the desk was marred, the sink cracked, the stairwell carpet old and wrinkled. The room was acceptable and clean, but very tight in terms of space.
