Hadn't been vacuumed, couldn't walk barefoot, as floor was gritty. Could only have 1 appliance plugged in at a time on kitchen counter. Couldn't figure how to watch regular cable, and don't have a Netflix account. Not a big fan on Keurig coffee.

It felt like a hockey rink. Nobody at reception ever, the maids gave zero attention to you. Bare minimum.

Besides feeling like I was in a bomb shelter, it had had enough to actually be a bomb shelter. Not a resort, not a motel, this is down and dirty the lowest level of accommodation you could possibly find. If the price was a reasonable campground fee, maybe, but I’ve never wasted so much Canadian earned money in my lifetime. Being Canadian and paying this much for a shithole, I’d rather stay home. Nothing to see or do here except look at the scenery and get out.

The bed was hard, the pillows were flat and only three for the three of us. No extra pillows. The nice lady that waited for us to arrive was a 10/10. We were a little late, After 5pm. She said she was just doing last min paperwork, and she would have hid the keys for us and then texted us where you find them. We had no cell service when she tried to call us on the road while driving into town. She was very nice to us. She asked if we thought the fold out couch would be alright for our daughter to sleep on. Our daughter said she would try for a night and when it didn't work for her, the lady at the desk took care of it for the next two night. 10 out of 10 for this lady. But the main bed in the room, my wife and I could not get comfortable.

From a motel offering a kitchenette on the website, I would expect at least one set of cutlery and mugs per person and at least moderate-standard kitchen facilities.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the description offered a fully equipped kitchenette, and yes, there was a kettle and a toaster, but for three people, we found one spoon, one mug, one glass, and a very, very old pan. If you like eating out, you will enjoy your stay.

Didn't feel entirely safe - the blinds on the windows didn't work and the curtains didn't cover the whole windows so felt like I was in a gold fish bowl. And the door had a big uncovered window. No bedside light.

No screen on windows. Toilet did not operate correctly. It is dated. To upgrade is costly, but to attract more people or for me to recommend to stay there, it needs improvement. Wi Fi needs to be there. Lighting for parking needs to be better. Too dark at night.

The outside is really sketchy looking.

The motel looks very sketchy from the outside like it’s been abandoned. The inside is out dated like an old motel but did have a full kitchen and separate bedroom/ bath and was clean. The value is excellent for the west coast way cheaper than other pet friendly options however your expectations shouldn’t be high. It was a clean and affordable which was what we wanted. We were out exploring the whole time so only really slept there.

The facility despite being very old and in need of some TLC was very clean and comfortable except NO HOT WATER The kettle worked and we had a sponge bath could use some decorating and shelf or countertop for luggage The lady we talked to was very professional and helpful
