This is a great location right on the west side of Quadra island. I love the location and ability to be right on the water.

Steep stairs in the cabins would be hard for people with mobility issues.

Access to dock and kayaks; location by the bay made it easy for water sports with the family; common bbq by the water; quint; loved watching the beautiful sunset and the wildlife with other guests.

I absolutely loved Jade resorts. It's how I imagined Canada would be. We were surrounded by wildlife (Otters, eagles, seals and more). The accommodation was spacious, clean & well equipped. They have about 5 different gas BBQS and that was great. We were recommended a day trip to see whales and Bears by the host and that was amazing. It's close to 2 supermarkets that have everything you could want. We will definitely be coming back but this time for longer

The stairs going to the beds upstairs was very steep and narrow. If you wore just socks you could easily slip on them. You really had to use the handrails. We limited what we took upstairs and just kept our travel bags downstairs.

The location with ocean window views was excellent - thoroughly enjoyed this!

The weather was cool. The baseboard heaters kept the room nice and warm. But the bathroom floor was cold. Not really a problem though, as we just left a towel on the floor.

The location was great. Very quiet and right on the water. What a beautiful view in the morning! Star gazing opportunities at night too.

There was no fault of the staff, but there was a giant of a man upstairs that was a really heavy stepper.

Great spot, lovely views. Nice comfortable coom. Great bed. Caroline was friendly and attentive.

loved the cabin. rustic with all the amenities. really loved that there was no TV. the view is spectacular from the upper deck. each morning my kids would wake up and count the number of seals in the deck and marvel at the beautiful scenery. And the round house is artistic and fantastic.

There seem to be some people above us for part of our stay that made it a little bit noisier than I expected.

I’d loved all the attention to detail in the decor. And the setting was beautiful and peaceful.

The only thing that can be not so easy for some people is the fact that you maybe have to carry your luggage a few meters, but from my point of view this can always happen when you travel and you be able to do that :)

The wonderful location, the amazing view directly from the suite and the lovely hosts are the best things :) The suites are big enough for two people, the kitchen has all you need, the bed was Very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and has anything u need. We borrowed two kayaks and it was so wonderful and calm. You can see porpoises, seals and otter directly from your window. The story of the sunken house is interesting and it doesn’t make the view any worse. We are so sorry we just stayed 2 nights and if we ever come back to Quadra this will be our spot.

Nothing to rant about. This place was 10 out of 10.

Our stay at Jade Resort was nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views right from the suite. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure every detail was perfect. Overall, we can’t rave enough about this place!

Shower is pretty small. We were on the ground floor, first cabin (best view!), however it was a biz noisy from above (mainly when neighbours were walking around and showering)

Best view ever! Got to watch seals, otters, porpoises and birds all day long, such a special experience. Very calm, good equipment (kajaks etc), cute rooms and comfy bed.
