Nonworking Bedside lamps and the a/c was in serious need of servicing.

We had no complimentary breakfast; we provided our own. Location, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and friendliness were great. Our only complaints are that the bedside lamps didn't work and that the a/c worked minimally until I cleaned the intake filter.

Typical drive up road side motel. Small fridge and coffee was appreciated. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out even when no staff in office.

Great staff, quiet and secure. We got trapped in Fort Nelson with fires blocking the highway for several days in both directions. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Best priced stay within hundreds of miles and the staff are super friendly. If travelling the Alaskan Highway, we highly recommend this hotel - you won't find a better deal.

There were a couple of lightbulbs out but replacements were on order and there was still sufficient light. I was in the ground floor but the stairwell to upstairs needs some TLC (new tiles etc).

This was everything I needed for my nights stopover: nice staff, clean room, very comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot water. The room was nicely decorated and had a key rig for morning coffee (and a microwave and fridge which I did not need this trip).

Good location, walkable or short drive to all of Fort Nelson's highlights. Staff friendly and accommodating. Comfortable room. Nothing fancy, but good value for money. Had a very good experience staying here before, and would stay again.

The bed squeaked a bit, other than that...nothing.

The location was excellent, next to the laundromat. Room was clean, beds were comfortable with ample room for four ppl. Excellent for the price. Would def recommend and stay again.

The bed was a little squeaky. Also, the overhead fan was noisy didn't interfere with sleeping.

The room was good although we willingly went from a two bed to a one bed room. The staff was so good in improving the room by giving us the use of the kitchen which was joined to our room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No extra toilet paper in bathroom. No one in the office when we got there about 4pm. The person that checked us in said.that was normal, it was the first time ever happening to us And didn't feel very welcoming like our previous stays. Other then this one time we like the hotel very much

Entrance stairs were very dirty and made a horrible first impression. The coffee machine in the room didn't work and needed a clean. The room was clean enough but could do with a deep clean (e.g., walls). No power receptacles near the bed.

Had all the basics, room was comfortable and clean enough. Staff were flexible with check in and out, and helpful when we asked to change rooms (due to our dog). Excellent location for running errands in town.

The place seems a bit worn down.

Good location close to shopping and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating hostess. Comfy bed and cozy room. We stayed at the back of the building. It was nice and quiet.
