Location, Lady at the reception superfrienfldly, nice and helpful. Answered all my questions with a big smile. Fridge in the room, very spacious room, AC not too noisy. Not a new Motel but very functional.

A little outdated but not too bad.

Breakfast was great, half price since we stayed there for a night plus free coffee. We also ate dinner there and it was really good too. The room was very clean, comfy bed and pillows.

The rooms are somewhat dated. They were clean and appliances all worked but they need better lighting & refreshing.

Breakfast was delicious and there was a 50% discount for guests.

This is a little hotel off the highway in a rural area. The place is exactly what it claims to be and the beds are clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating. We spent a night here to visit family and were satisfied

My wife and I recently traveled from Ontario to Newfoundland in an electric vehicle, staying at economy motels such as yours, along the way. We were rather disappointed that no economy motels provided overnight EV charging. I would highly recommend that economy motel owners consider installing Level 2 240 volt EV chargers of approximately 30-40 amp capacity connected to a network such as FLO or Chargepoint. The network would collect the cost through their network RFID card or app to compensate the motel owner. A reasonable charge of about $1.50/hr. would be much more attractive to me, then staying at a luxury motel and paying $50 to $100 more per night and receiving “free” charging for approximately $10 worth of EV charging.

Restaurant wasn’t open. We booked this motel based on the restaurant being available and the nearest restaurants were at least 8-9kms.

It was easy to access and parking was easy. Close to a gas station with a convenience store. Room and bed were comfortable, shower was hot.

Ice machine not available. However, when we needed ice for an injury, staff at reception gave us some ice in a small plastic bag.

Great location for our needs and very friendly staff. Room was well equipped with window A/C unit, microwave, and mini-fridge. Neither the A/C nor the mini-fridge were on when we checked in, which is a nice way to conserve energy. We set the A/C so the room would be comfortable temperature when we came back later that evening, and also turned on the mini-fridge so our beverages would be nice and cold! The 50% off on breakfast was much appreciated! Breakfast was also great: hot food served quickly with a strong coffee.

Breakfast is very north American style. The staff is very kind. The building is old but well maintained. The only suggestion to the manager is guest rooms should be equipped with hair dryers

Fridge was too small, rooms are very dated, halls smell smokey and musty. There isn't a coffee maker in the room and other than the gas station next store, nothing close by to get a coffee . There is a restaurant but it opens at 8 (which is useless when we were gone before that for work) and it closes at 2.

Motel is dirty but the beds are okay. There was blood on the bathroom curtain.

Great staff and great food! It’s a motel so you can’t have high expectations. Hair in the bathtub, blood on the bathroom curtain and dirty carpets but I expected this by the exterior of the motel. It’s a great place if you just want to sleep and grab a bite to eat. It’s also good if you are on a budget. The staff are amazing which can compensate for the outdated dirty rooms and terrible towels. I certainly can’t complain since I am on a budget.
