The lighting in the room is terrible and booking through booking can be hassle. Staff tried to charge us twice for the room because they didn’t realize we had already paid through booking so make sure you make them double check their records. Parking can get up there but nonetheless it was an easy process.

Very clean modern vibe. Friendly staff, many amenities, nearby a lot shops, about 20-40 minutes to Quebec City depending on what time you leave.

When I got my key i went to my room and someone else was already booked in there we ended up going to the front desk and resolved it. They also gave me complimentary breakfast for the mix up. I didn’t mind the shower but I feel it could have been more privet with a black out curtain instead of a normal one. The shower has only a curtain to close off from the room if you pull back the certain you can see right into the room from the shower. Note it’s more designed for couples not really family. We stayed in room 202. Breakfast the juice was watered down but everything else was really good.

I loved the lobby was very beautiful and elegant. The room was very big and spacious and fit everyone in it we had 3 children 2 adults and an infant we brought our own playpen we had one king size bed and one double.

Our room was facing a restaurant/club which played loud music until 2am. We stayed again 3 weeks later with a room not facing and it was great

There was not anything we didn’t like per se but when entering your room in order for the lights to work you have to put your key card into a slot near the door to activate the lights. The Staff did not tell us this so for quite a few minutes my Husband and I were trying to figure out what we needed to do!

The Hotel is located just off the highway making it easily accessible. It very much feels like a brand new hotel as it is exceptionally maintained and well kept. The Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Reception staff were not able to tell us what public transport to use to get to the ferry. Also very hesitant to recommend any activities close by.

Didn’t like the fact it was not disclosed that we had to pay for parking. Booking.com should have made us aware of this fact.

Insufficient lighting in bathroom to shave. No recycle bin. Also, garage coin did not work when exiting the garage. When I inserted the garage coin, nothin happened, garage door did not open. When I pressed the coin return it gave me a Canadian 25 cent coin, not the garage coin I had been given by staff. I had to direct traffic behind me to back up and I returned to desk to get another coin. My stay was not worth the $300 I paid. I will not return.

Unfortunately, the staff did not deal well. I have small children and they wanted to give me two rooms on two separate floors, but after insisting, they gave me a room opposite and not next to it. They also took a $250 deposit for each room, even though the reservation was one. The lighting in the rooms is not good. Drinking water is not free. There is no kettle in the room and there are no paper towels.

It’s a good property, lobby and ground level they managed to showcase very luxury. They charge extra for Parking, they should include breakfast too..!! Not a big room, a decent room good for one night.!!

The lighting in the bathroom and around the mirrors was very modern and clean looking, however cast shadow making it difficult to apply cosmetics,, sunscreen or shave cleanly . Did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking each day we were there. That was unclear in the booking.com info.

Ample space, clean, new! Well appointed. Easy to get to the ferry to go into Old Quebec. I would definitely come back.
