The noisy air conditioner and couldn’t open the windows because of the traffic and trains

Not too clean in kitchenette cupboards and untidy. Main bed flipped up when we both sat on one side as it was propped up by boards. No hairdryer. Pricey for the quality. No instructions on use of facilities so we had to go to reception to ask how to use air conditioners.

Carpet had stains and was dirty. Shower did not work,and tub plug did not fit so as soon as you poured water it drained immediately.. sofa was dirty too and they had a coffee table in room which took alot of room up so walking around room was impossible.

I was woken up by the cleaning staff that walked into the room right after eight, without knocking or calling out. I was startled as I was sleeping. I didn't like the noise from the highway and also the very noisy air conditioner.

Behind the night stand needed cleaning. The pool had some small plastic pool noodle pieces that needed to be scooped out.

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of plugs and we liked the pool.

I was supposed to be upgraded to two queen beds. Instead, I was downgraded to a room with a small child's bed that wasn't very good, the first night. After we switched room, the beds were fine. The new room was a little small for staying the week for 3 people.

Air con was very noisy but just switched it off as not too warm at night.

Customer service was excellent, we were upgraded to a room with a super king bed which was very comfortable. Location was very convenient as we did not have to drive into the town centre when travelling through. Plenty of eating places nearby so had good choice.

A little noisy, can hear the trains passing along with traffic and sometimes other guests. My room was relatively clean although there were a couple stains on the bedding. Could use some updating as one light was barely hanging on and the bathroom tap was wobbly. Found a spider and a bug in my room as well. I’m pretty easy going so none of it really bothered me and I didn’t report it to staff.

The pool had quite a few spiders in it.

The staff were so sweet, very polite and if you needed anything they were on it.

No hot tub. Difficult to get into pool as only one railing Would have been nice to have a blanket available. Toilet didn't flush well. Couldn't figure out how to work the two controllers for tv and no instructions.

Charged extra $23.50 for pet which I feel was excessive, we could have probably got a better pet friendly hotel for the same price, without the extra charge.
