CanadaFacilities were under renovations and site was in disarray. Had to complain about no air conditioning then was told there actually was air and that they had to start up the central air conditioning unit. This info was not given to us at check-in. Do not believe as a customer that I should have to hound the owner into turning on the air conditioning. Had to ask for face cloths. Was quite disappointed in the facilities for the price we paid.

CanadaWe felt it was kind of a sketchy place to stay. Other guests actions in the motel made us feel uncomfortable; and when we mentioned it to the manager he said everything was fine. We woke up and found there had already been two assaults and this was by 8am . Manager told us that was a normal thing. He was more concerned that we left our room in good condition than what we were saying.

CanadaIt was warm and the air conditioning was inadequate. Fortunately I brought my own fan. The tv was extremely small and the modem wasn’t plugged in so I had to configure how to get it working which I didn’t appreciate after a 12 hour drive.
They only charged me $15 for both my dogs. Some places charge $30 for first and $20 for second. Needless to say, I don’t stay at those places. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Room was clean.

CanadaThe room had a strange smell. The toilet never worked, and the fridge didn't keep anything cold. It was insanely hot because the AC didn't work and the walls are so thin, every door that closed, it literally shook our room. It was okay for a one night stay, but I don't think I'll be back. Spend the extra $20 on a decent room.

United StatesI wanted to checkout at 5:30 AM but no one was at the front desk and no response on their phone as well. I left keys in the room and locked it from the outside because I was on a tight schedule. I called the hotel at around 10 AM, and the guy claims he was there in the front since 5:00 AM. Guy checked us out over phone, but he was being combative for no reason.
Parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Microwave and fridge was useful.

Canadathe bathroom door didnt close, outside door closed but the dead bolt didnt lock and the bottom of the door didnt seal so you could clearly see outside and the main light to the room when you turned it off ...there was like a nite light on either there is a short in the electrical or its a poor choice of light you cant darken the room when its time to sleep

CanadaSuper overpriced. There was a storm, and the prices were jacked up to take advantage of that. There are train tracks 20 feet from the rooms. It's a very basic place, and that's okay, but honestly, we felt taken advantage of with the pricing.
