Breakfast hours were poor…..not much of a breakfast…..didn’t eat there…family found beds too soft…

Asked for room change at the hotel to be closer to family and got the perfect room joining rooms…it was quiet…

The floor, bed side tables, desk, and bathroom counter surfaces were dirty. A box of condoms was left in a side table drawer. Our room was missing a hairdryer.

I liked not many people were there and easy to get around. We liked having the pool to ourselves for a bit. Staff was friendly.

There was no designated eating area near the food. The intended area had no table or chairs set up. The posted breakfast hours were 8:00 AM til 10:00 AM. This is too late for any travelers needing an early start.

The breakfast was very basic. Dry cereal, toast, muffins, some fruit, yogurt were the choices. The coffee was good.

Our room had an odor, the pool was cold, the hot tub was out of order and had to wait at the office for someone to come for extended period. Bed was comfortable and room was relatively clean except for odor.

It was awkward to get a phone call from the “inn” asking us to come and check inn b4 10 pm- as the office would be closed. That put a kink into our plans- but more than likely saved me a hangover. Rooms were very hotand we couldn’t get the air to work.The rug in the room had paint stains all over it and it needed replacing.Tv cabinet too big for the room and took up a lot of space.Garbage can was very small and always full.We at times had to go get our own towels,cups,coffee,Parking was ok,staff were frindly,The place as a whole needed vacuuming and the pool area tables were not wiped daily.

Breakfast was ok for the amount of space involved to serve it.

There was no service, however the reception staff gave us towels and coffee when we asked. We stayed for four nights so did want clean towels after the second night and wanted coffee for the next two days. We always make our own beds so do not expect staff to do that.

The staff were exceptional. We were attending the Men's World curling championships. Every venue was full and incredibly busy. I am sure it was difficult to get extra staff and these people were terrific. The reception team worked long hours, were obviously tired, and were helpful and pleasant.

They need to finish upgrading the facilities. The bed was too soft for our liking, and things like the chair, doors, etc. needed to be replaced. Bathroom seemed new and in good, clean condition.

The hotel is in its last days. The carpets, furniture, decor, everything screamed to put it out of misery. The wash basin is so old, has ugly cracks. Guess what was on top of the bedside table? The fridge. Guess what was on top of the fridge? The table lamp. Who does that?!!! The A/C beside the bed blew right on your face and was so loud like an aircraft engine. What was I thinking? I regret not taking photos as I wanted to save my phone battery.

The beds did not have fitted sheets and so the sheet kept slipping and this was uncomfortable. The pillows were too fluffy and hurt my neck. It needs a bit of deep cleaning in the corners and in the pool area. The free breakfast was disappointing as there were no eggs, even boiledeggswouldhave been nice

I liked the friendly staff. I liked the location. The place was very quiet. The pool was nice. The bathtub was awesome. The fridge and microwave were just what I needed. The air conditioning was great because it was very hot.

When I just opened the door to the room I felt not a good smell, room was also not very clean and seems like nobody is cleaning the pool area

The chairs in the room had stains on them but it's probably from crews staying in the room. Eventually the place will need to have the rooms updated but that is a very expensive endeavor.

The quietness of the facility and lots of space around the property to walk my dog. The beds were very comfortable and the room was ok for us.

I loved the pool with some exceptions. The tile was extremely slippery. There were no handrails getting in and out of the pool or the hot tub. Extremely dangerous especially if anyone has an issue with balance.
