There is a large step up from the sidewalk into the room. This makes entering or exiting difficult for older people and very difficult when loading or unloading luggage.

The room was very clean, the furniture was modern, compfortable and in good condition. There was a minifridge and microwave in the room, also in good condition. Staff was very pleasant.

Quiet, clean & appreciated that no one was on either side of the room making it quieter. Beds were very comfortable. The owner is very friendly & helpful.

I didn’t like that there were two double beds (queen sized would have been much better) but that’s such a small criticism. Everything else was great!!

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Those are really the only things that are most important - clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well. The hot water was plentiful.

The owners are very friendly . The hotel is quiet and clean! There is no pool and no ice machine. That was not an issue for us. The-rooms require the ability to step up to the room door. I mention this as a consideration for an elderly person or handicapped person. Great location.

Very easy to park the car just in front of the room. Easy access from the highway. A few restaurants in walking distance. Not far away from the city center.

The location is great, close to great restaurants and close to the Bruce Trail for hiking. I was impressed that the room was cleaned every day and bed was made.

If I had to pick anything it would be fridge wasn't cold when we got there, we had to turn it on, but that's nitpicking. It was an easy stay.

Surprising comfortable beds!! Check in was easy and gentleman that assisted was very professional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Noise from adjacent rooms transmitted slightly, mostly footsteps and tv, but that's the building construction not hotel's fault. Area was quiet and safe.

Very central. Close to restaurants and Tim Horton’s is walking distance. There are picnic tables outside for guests to enjoy their own happy hour or bbq . The room was given clean towels every day, the made was made and they emptied the garbage.

Great room, quiet and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff/owners. It was the most reasonably priced room for value that I found in Owen Sound. Good location if you are driving through and within walking distance of downtown. Nights Inn exceeded my expectations.

There is no "free" breakfast, if that is important to you. It has an "early checkin" fee, which I'd never heard of before. (This is easily avoided, of course).

This is a convenient, clean, modern, comfortable, well-maintained, reasonably-priced respite when you're on the road. The wi-fi has two bands and is excellent (which could be related to not many people staying when I was there mid-week). It appears to be family-owned, which is my preference. It's not on "motel row", on the east side of town; it's on the west. All in all, it's a good choice in Owen Sound.

The room was a bit on the cold side ( we are in our 80s and feel the cold ) despite selecting + 22C on the Thermostat.

The Motel is very clean, and the room had a fridge , microwave and coffee maker. Having Tim Hortons next door was a major plus for us.
