Need some thinner pillows for sleeping - they were massive and could use them at all.

Amazing location! 15 min walk to Lake Louise so no need for shuttles etc. it created total independence to hike on our own time and avoid the crowds. Beautiful walk up to star gaze at night too. If you enjoy finding an oasis in a place that gets really busy, Paradise Bungalows is the perfect spot! The extra 0.5 mi of hiking was absolutely worth the freedom it provided.

The two bedroom suite has no proper cooking facilities, only a microwave kettle and toaster. One bedroom cabins have a proper cooker. Definitely need a car or some means of transport

The WIFI signal was very poor, may be due to in the mountains. There are no restaurants nearby which is not very convenient.

After long days out it was so nice to come back to the "comfort" of home. I was so looking forward to enjoying the patio deck..but it was raining each night we came back. Liked having the space to spread out and the location as well as the quietness of the area were great!

The only negative were the rock hard bed pillows.

The cottage was super cute and comfortable. It was spacious and really liked that it had a kitchen. The only negative was very uncomfortable bed pillows, too hard. But the entire property was charming, in a great location, and the staff were very friendly. One of my favorite places we stayed during our 12 day trip.

Our cabin was promised a patio and it was really just two lawn chairs on the dirt. Other cabins had small stoops or back decks, so it would have been nice to have that! Other than that little bit picky thing, it was all good. Cabins are rustic, maybe slightly dated, but did the trick. I think for the price you pay you may expect a little more in the way of comfort and extra touches, but like I said- you’re paying for the location for sure. No onsite restaurant, so you have to drive into town (5-10mins) but small cabin store has snacks & some basic groceries. We found it worthwhile to make a reservation for the Lakeview Lounge at the Fairmont and enjoy delicious drinks and lunch with a view :)

For this property, you’re definitely paying for the location! Only a 20 minute walk up to lake Louise, you can’t beat being that close without having Fairmont prices or having to deal directly with those crowds. We also loved that we were able to check out and leave our car parked so we could get another hike in without having to deal with LL parking or a shuttle. Additionally, the Moraine Lake shuttle was a great value and SO convenient. Staff was very friendly.

The region experienced a power outage that lasted about 12 hours, affecting all electrical power and water. The staff seemed to do nothing to keep us aware of the situation. I had to go to the office and find out what was going on several times.

As noted, a bit more lighting and just a fresher feel overall inside the cabin. Nothing was dirty, but just felt a bit tired.

Amazing location, walkable to Lake Louise (which was why we booked there!) and a 4 minute drive into the small town of Lake Louise. The staff were also really kind and friendly. Our cabin was totally fine, some additional lighting would have been useful, but we were OK with what we had. Loved the Keurig coffee and granola bars provided by the hotel.

Our cabin was super cute and close to Lake Louise. There is a short trail that leads right to the trailheads - so we were able to avoid all of the crazy and enjoy our hikes. If I ever return to the area I will stay here again. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The wi-fi was not great and the TV went out several times. Also, saying you could walk to Lake Louise was correct, but it was quite a hike.

The cabin was very cozy and warm. We especially liked the heating stove.
