Location close to mountain, lake and trails. Cabins were nice

High cost for no A/C - cabins were very hot during the day Parking too small for large vehicle

Amazing location! 15 min walk to Lake Louise so no need for shuttles etc. it created total independence to hike on our own time and avoid the crowds. Beautiful walk up to star gaze at night too. If you enjoy finding an oasis in a place that gets really busy, Paradise Bungalows is the perfect spot! The extra 0.5 mi of hiking was absolutely worth the freedom it provided.

Need some thinner pillows for sleeping - they were massive and could use them at all.

Location is good, walking distance to the Lake. The bungalows were clean and comfortable. Free parking. Coffee machine in the cabin was good and they kept us topped up with capsules.

Whilst it’s walking distance to the lake, there’s no amenities at the lake itself, other than the expensive hotel. And as there’s no restaurant at the Paradise Lodges, you have to drive to the lake Louise village for restaurants and shops. It’s a 5 minute drive. The heater in the bungalow was not very efficient. I thought it was overpriced for what it is, but everything at lake Louise is expensive.

We had a cute little cabin with a comfortable bed, decent sized bathroom and a living area. We were close to Lake Louise and there is pay shuttle to take you to Lake Lorraine.

We were right above the maids closet. We listened to the maintenance men loudly discussing their lives using multiple cuss words at a high volume. Because there is no AC, the windows were open. For some reason they had a chain keeping tall vehicles out so we had to leave our travel van in the front.

Perfect location for Lake Louise. Cosy feel. Great amenities in the lodge.

Picturesque setting, very comfortable for up to 3 people, incredibly convenient - less than a mile to Chateau lake Louise and access to all the trails. Staff very kind and helpful.

The two bedroom suite has no proper cooking facilities, only a microwave kettle and toaster. One bedroom cabins have a proper cooker. Definitely need a car or some means of transport

The accommodation is very clean, and quite,had everything that we need. There is 20-30 minutes walk to Lake Louise.

The WIFI signal was very poor, may be due to in the mountains. There are no restaurants nearby which is not very convenient.

Our Saddleback Suite was very dark and it was difficult to have the curtains open as there were public walkways directly in front of the rooms. The main door opened straight into one of the bedrooms. This was relatively okay for our family, as we made a point of removing our walking boots as we came in, but the carpet looked like previous guests had just walked through the bedroom in their boots. The suite, decor and facilities would have benefited from some modernisation.

After long days out it was so nice to come back to the "comfort" of home. I was so looking forward to enjoying the patio deck..but it was raining each night we came back. Liked having the space to spread out and the location as well as the quietness of the area were great!
