Room was very clean. The mattress on the bed provide a good night's sleep for us. The common room was convenient for us to sit at a table and eat the food that we brought with us. Guests need to aware that the Residence is not a hotel so no extras are provided. In the kitchen no serviettes or paper towels, no cutlery or plates

Front desk staff member was very nice, informative and helpful. The location was great and the entire place was fully clean and welcoming. My family and I were very thankful to rest in a student residence for a change!

Food and beverage available in the front desk foyer, is very much appreciated. The Common room had Tom Cruise movies playing on the extra large Cinema screen. All of the guys on the third floor were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The sink and microwave were great for serving up meals.

Tariff free delight. Excellent new facilities. Large shared bathtub shower water closet and vanity with large countertop for both parties of the twin Double bedroom suites. Across the street from Costco. Two minute drive to McDonald's and Food Basics. The mattress has extra spring in them both. Great 3rd Floor view of the massive Parking lot.

Beds were very hard much like sleeping on the floor.. You may need to bring a mattress pad, however for just a night or two we survived the beds. The rooms were very clean, linens also very clean. Would stay here again!

The room was great! Bed was comfy, room was a very clean, and a good size and it was very quiet. We got a great sleep both nights!! A friend joined us and used the second bedroom. This worked out perfectly.

The bed was very firm and not comfortable for those that need a softer surface for their hips and back, but the staff explained the University was replacing beds over the summer

For a very reasonable price we had a double dorm room with a double bed in each room and a shared bathroom. Quiet location but close to Costco, Whimpy's Diner and more. Wifi is fast, but there is no TV so bring your laptop and stream your movies

Student residence is much better than in my student days. Basic needs met - two comfey firm beds in separate very clean rooms adjoining a clean washroom and all with good temperature control. Efficient friendly check-in staff. Met our Rama show night needs at a terrific price. We will come again.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything. However, you need to be aware that there is basically pop and chips in vending machines in the lobby if you want to purchase food. No TV in the rooms. I do not find this a problem--check out is 11:00 a.m.

First time using this location. Easy to get in. Parking is close to the door. Staff at reception was excellent. I used the stairs but there are elevators to upper floors. Room was neat and tidy. Double bed was clean with white sheets and navy bed cover. The bar-size refrigerator in the room was accessible and clean. Did not have to share a bathroom. It is a well laid out university residence room. It was a quiet environment, You can grab a good cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning.
