We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe staff were very nice and thoughtful. We left some stuff behind. They contacted us and brought it our to the car when we returned to puck it up. They also let us meet in the coffee room with friends and share a glass of wine we had with us. Very accommodating and nice staff. Breakfast was also good. Good value for the price.

CanadaBeds weren’t really comfortable,one seemed to have a dip on a side,felt like you were gonna roll down on the floor. Curtains and bed throws had small holes in them (seemed like burned by cigarette ashes,which explains why room smelled like it’s been smoked in as soon as you walked in)
Nice location, lovely fitness room and coin operated washer and dryer which was very handy! nice selection of snack and things you may need right at the front desk, so if you forgot a toothpaste or feel snacky/thirsty-they got your back! :) plenty of parking space. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything! Huge shout out to Harry!

CanadaKept receiving texts from property during stay asking if they could ever assist to let them know. Through the night contacted the hotel several times about disregarded items found in room showing certain areas hadn’t been cleaned, our TV having no working channels and the condition of our bed. Staff never responded. Only received a response the following afternoon after we tried to contact them the night before!
