It was a very beautiful accommodation and I love the concept of being able to share the room with 2 couples and not worrying about privacy

Property is an old and a bit rundown, but the location, comfort, and staff make up pretty well for it.

Location is about 45 mins from Jasper so decent. Staff is attentive and great, Karina at front desk was very good. Breakfast is good with decent options. Rooms are comfortable.

Only challenge seems to be breakfast rush hours. We picked the location because of its "free hot continental" so we don't have to make extra stops on our route. One of the mornings of our stay (busy weekend) there was a big rush of adults and kids to breakfast, the staff (one person) was constantly bringing out batches of hot eggs and sausages, but still couldn't meet the demand for the amount of people that were there. If you are not a breakfast person or your schedule can avoid rush hours, this would not be a problem at all.

We stayed in a loft suite, everything in working order and clean despite some may appear dated. Very helpful staff.

The air conditioning was not on in the room when we arrived so it was VERY hot when we arrived late in the evening. Took quite a while to cool it down. The downstairs bathtub had odd plastic abrasive/rough long strips stuck the tub (anti slip stuff?) and it actually cut my foot. You could certainly not have a bath in the tub due to these strips. Also no bathtub plug to use so someone could soak their tired/dirty feet after a long day of walking in Jasper.

Love the loft rooms to have some privacy for our family members!

The room didn't have a kettle, hair dryer and the shampoo dispensers are leaking all the time, the bathtub floor becomes slippery.......

Sadly, while there the fire started in Jasper.

It’s about 20 klms from the entrance to Jasper. Hinton is a basic town and not noteworthy outside of being so close to Jasper.

Older, Abit outdated, shower heads and drains could be cleaner/newer, heat was off when we got there and takes awhile to heat up the lofts in winter.

Tons of room in the lofts, comfy beds, pretty clean, full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook for yourself, great staff, free wifi and breakfast (breakfast buffet was better pre COVID, but still not to bad)

Besides the major highway - need to keep windows closed to cut down the noise. Kitchenette was missing some cutlery-only 2 forks for 4 people.

Rooms looking a bit dated and had there been 4 of us not enough china / glasses in cupboards.

Comfortable beds with quality linen and towels. Relatively quiet as has outside walkways for access to all rooms. Great Restaurant - Milo's just next door.
