The location and lodge were beautiful

What an incredible hidden gem. We loved the location and the beautiful views of the mountains and the mighty Bulkley river flowing beside our Lodge. Words can't describe the beauty of the location and the incredible Lodge we stayed in. The covered outdoor kitchen was complete with a smoker, BBQ, refrigerator, and a pizza oven. Having happy hour in this amazing setting was truly an amazing experience. The Lodge was beautiful with the thoughtful decor and indigenous theme carried throughout this stunning home. The sauna was a bonus. This rental went above and beyond what I expected. April and her husband were charming and helpful and make this world a better place. I loved the Lodge at LDR. We also had a chance to look at the Dutch Treat cabin, and again, I was totally impressed with the care and love that went into the cabin. If you need to recharge and relax, this is the place. Viewing wildlife from the comfort of the living room was an added joy. I will be back with fishing pole in hand and staying longer.

This was a cute little cabin on a beautiful property. There was one bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds. There was a kitchen with everything you need to cook including spices. The host greeted me by name when I drove up and was quite friendly. We are traveling on a budget, so chose the most economical option, one of the cabins with an outhouse. I was surprised how clean and free of bad odors the outhouse was. Free beverages were provided.

The temperature of the cabin was quite a bit warmer than I am comfortable in while sleeping. There were no fans and I did not get a chance to ask the host if they had any to use. There were no top sheets on the beds, only heavy comforters. There was a vacuum cleaner in the small bedroom which made it hard to get into the bed.

What a beautiful spot in the middle of nature. You have plenty of space (!!!) around your lodge. Perfect hosts. Very fair value for money.

32 km to the next restaurant - just to know - be ready to cook.

Great place, love the cabins. The property and the fishing right within walking distance from the cabin

Almost all people are there for the fishing. Really unfortunate one of the staff/owners is fishing at the best spot on the property. Every moment possible. Guests that come for the fishing should jot have to compete with that!!!! Nowhere else in the fishing world would this happen. To bad because I love the place.

Well maintained. Very private. Comfy.

A little bit more highway noise than I would have guessed but honestly, it was so peaceful.
