Hotel was very nice, room was spacious and in great condition.

The breakfast is just a bunch of baked goods, and lacks fresh vegetables and protein.

The breakfast was average. The bed had hairs on it, and I'm unsure if they change the bedding regularly. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to our room, which was nice. However, the receptionists were not very friendly. There was no water, and I slippers in the room. I haven't taken a shower yet, but there are already hairs on the floor in the bathroom.

Nothing special

This is a very central hotel, very practical for people who want to visit the city by walking around. The room was VERY clean and confortable, with all the facilities. It’s a ver good relation between quality and price. 👌🏻

Perhaps the breakfast… it would have been nice to have more options. Nonetheless, it was good to have coffee available all morning.

The bed was comfortable. The shower and shower aids were good. There was a nice sofa in the room. The breakfast was good. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The lighting in the room was terrible. There were no lights on the side of the bed. Couldn't read in bed. There were no lights by the sofa. This arrangement made the room uncomfortable for living. The only lights were a very bright large wall sconce over the desk and bright lights on the full length mirror. The lighting would accommodate sitting at the desk or standing in front of the mirror--not living in the room, The industrial style of the room should not have precluded useful lighting.

Staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and we were able to do laundry for free! The location was perfect for business and sightseeing. A nice, modern hotel and very clean.

The lighting in the room was not optimal; it was difficult to read in bed, and the closet was dark.

A little “cold” in appearance and the rooms were utilitarian without much charm.

Found quite a few hairs in our bed linens that wee not ours. Also in the shower and on towels. No bathroom amenities were supplied except the shower soap and shampoo and conditioner.

All was excellent - the rooms were spotless, the staff was attentive. The only area with room for improvement is the breakfast. While it was good, it could be more varied and balanced, with a richer selection that included fresh vegetables and a wider range of options

Location is wonderful, breakfast is wonderful, coffee is wonderful! We would highly recommend!

Fantastic location right next to the congress centre in Montreal, 5 mins walk from old Montreal, just perfect really as we had a chance to visit the nearby convention. The room itself was enormous, quiet and beautiful, fully equipped with all the amenities and with a gorgeous view of the nearby square. Really amazing shower. Laundry facilities were super handy and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to our requests - a special thank you to them! Overall, loved the decor and vibe of the hotel. Breakfast was included, and options were good and varied and I really enjoyed the fresh pastries.

Wifi on the Smart TV was pretty lousy so it was hard to stream anything, but that's a minor inconvenience as we were out most of the time.

Breakfast was good, loved the Espresso maker.

Great location....walking distance to Old Port and close to downtown activities. Room was very nice, bed was comfy.
