Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We had a beautiful generous room on the top floor (I think we got an upgrade!). All the amenities were high quality and generous. We had a nespresso machine in the room and there was one in the lobby. A dream come true for European travelers! The bathroom was big and well equipped as well. The location seemed not that great at first but then we realized we were 5 min walk away from all the action. The staff was extremely friendly, responsive and patient. We also had breakfast at the property which was also great. All in all an amazing experience!

Easy to access and conveniently located, valet parkeing available, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, it's a big plus to not have carpeted floors!!

CanadaNo slippers, this is necessary because the floors in the room are not very clean, there was some dust and other people's hair. And it would be nice to change the hairdryers to more modern and powerful ones.
The staff is friendly. Comfortable room, stylish. The location of the hotel is convenient. I only tried the breakfast, I was satisfied. There is a tank of free water on the floor, but it would be better if a few bottles were free in the room.
