Swimming area rather old. Sauna next to children’s play area and therefore very loud (with kids going in/out)

The hotel is big, it has new wings and old parts.We had our room on the old side. It was small, and it had carpet that was absolutely disgusting. It was hard to breathe in there. We were not able to open the windows, and the staff refused to help us. If you have respiratory issues, I recommend you find another hotel.

The pool was really nice. Beds are comfortable.

Only mild point is the aging shower in our room , hot water takes a little bit of time to reach full potential and no selection in pressure. That being said , they are super clean and gets the job done nonetheless. I would go back without hesitation.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Very convenient location and the hotel itself is accessible by many routes. Pool is nice along hot tubs and gym is basic but will suffice to maintain low impact routines.

The water in the waterpark is soooo cold. The pool water was.... not the cleanest.

Room is comfy, good beds, good pillows. My 3 year old LOVED the pool.

The fan in the room made too much noise. It was impossible to turn it off. It cut in and out too frequently. It made it difficult for me to have a good night sleep. I had to use earplugs. I was also in a connecting room. It was locked but I didn’t feel completely safe.

Staff could be a bit friendlier. Person at check-in was not very welcoming. Pool area was full with families but I guess it was wet outside so they preferred to spend time in the pool. Very confusing getting to the room with many long corridors.

Good size room. Good to be able to park the car just outside the room. Nice to have a coffee machine but would be good to have milk and not just powdered milk. Breakfast in the morning was good at the restaurant. Would possibly return to the hotel if in the area.

Building feels old with narrow corridors and loud floor (for rolling a trolly). Our first room had a colony of flies near the window (from the inside!!). We were then given a different room which was fine.

Our room smells of humidity. But we were in a really rainy week. I have no idea if that is common.

Clean. Easy location. The quality for the price is good.

I can't say there was anything i didn't like, it was a bit of a maze to get to the elevator to my room.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, it is also huge and very clean.

1. For an unknow reason we were given a smoking area room, I have a toddler and a baby. And they didn't reach out to offer changes. The front desk recepcionist, thou in training, was un responsive, I just stood there 15 minutes waiting for her to end a phone call while somebody else, was sitting on the back. The towels are just awful, and old. We asked for housekeeping, they took the trash but the beds were not done (This is a 4 stars hotel).

I liked that it has a very nice indoor pool, with a spa, sauna, and water games. I could see the outside pool which seemed very nice with a chilling out area and a small playground. The restaurant had a rich menu, and the location was perfect close to super markets, restaurants, and the main road, but far enough to not be disturbed by the noise.

A little furniture was missing in our room, there was only one armchair and a computer chair would have been nice for working at the desk.

Large room, large bed, good temperature control, quiet, very comfortable. The on site restaurant was excellent. Will surely return. No plastic or cardboard cups, real glasses and coffee cups, a Kurig coffee maker.

Rooms should have mini fridge as standard. TV should be larger. Bedside USB port is necessary. Arcade too small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast ( meals) package ( forfait) should be of a better value.

First class hotel. A large amount of cable TV channels available. Very clean environment. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking. Amusement ( swimming pool,Arcade).Friendly staff.

Alot of action in the room nextdoor until 22:30. Massage was cancelled two week before the stay because of an unforeseen event for the time of the booking.

Be aware that the main central area of Chicoutimi is not really walkable from here, so a car is needed to get to the riverside, coach station and main street. There are however many fast food outlets and shopping malls within walking distance. Bathroom facilities not great for a 4 star hotel. Old style shower over bath with curtain, and low water pressure. Word of warning about local taxi service. My experience was poor. The hotel ordered a taxi with about 2 hours advance notice to take me to the coach station. I waited at reception at the agreed time and there was no taxi. Thirty minutes later it still hadn’t turned up. I checked several times with the hotel reception who just said the taxi company are trying to find an available taxi. Forty minutes later and still nothing. I decided to use an Uber instead, which turned up within 3 minutes. Got to my coach with only a few minutes to spare.

Large rooms and several bars to choose from. Hotel was very flexible in allowing a late check out which was very much appreciated!
