My wife and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The bed! It was too hard and I felt like I had spent the night camped out on the hard ground. It wasn’t restful at all and I woke up with a sore back and neck.

Check in was friendly and helpful and they made a dinner reservation for us.

We had asked a few times when we used the valet service to charge our electric PHEV and we noticed that it wasn't charged upon retrieval. It was disappointing as we asked a few times upon checking in both to the Valet and the front staff.

My only "complaint" would be the overwhelming fragrance in the shared hotel spaces - lobby, elevator, and hallways. If they could dial that back a notch, I'd have nothing but positive things to say.

The service was attentive, particularly the valet. The bed and linens were quite comfortable. The lobby bar was perfect for a cocktail before our dinner reservation dinner and a nightcap after the show at the Belle Centre. It has a great old-school feel with wooden panels but a modern vibe with a live DJ. The unexpected highlight was the room's bathroom, particularly the shower and fancy toilet features! They have done a great job blending the old and new here!

Everything. The service was top notch, whether at the front desk or room service or the valet. The room was impeccable, and the terrace was very useful. The presence of a first class bar (Bar George) in the hotel was the cherry on top.

For a luxury hotel, I would have like to have a toilet paper that feels better and thicker. The ones they have feels like the ones in public bathroom.

The windows are tiny - no view and not a lot of natural light. Entrance staff at hotel bar were not friendly.
