Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesMy only "complaint" would be the overwhelming fragrance in the shared hotel spaces - lobby, elevator, and hallways. If they could dial that back a notch, I'd have nothing but positive things to say.
The service was attentive, particularly the valet. The bed and linens were quite comfortable. The lobby bar was perfect for a cocktail before our dinner reservation dinner and a nightcap after the show at the Belle Centre. It has a great old-school feel with wooden panels but a modern vibe with a live DJ. The unexpected highlight was the room's bathroom, particularly the shower and fancy toilet features! They have done a great job blending the old and new here!
