Others have noted a loud AC and traffic. I didn’t find it bad enough that I couldn’t sleep. There are the occasional sirens and people screaming but you’re in a very central downtown location. If you need complete silence to sleep, this wouldn’t be the place. The washroom only had a single two in one shampoo and body wash. As well they provided a bar of soap. It’s not much but it got the job done and I didn’t mind it. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries or buying at a convenience store nearby.

The location was amazing, central to Montreal. You are a block away from Berri UQAM station which can take you on green, yellow or orange lines all around the city. Other reviews mentioned a cigarette smell and I haven’t noticed that at all even though I’m extremely sensitive to smells. The room was clean; washroom was newer/renovated and bed was comfortable. I never used the kitchenette but it had everything you needed, toaster, microwave, fridge, some glasses/plates/pots and a stovetop.

The facility itself is a little dated (but doesn’t impact functionality) and the breakfast rooms can get a little crowded. The bathrooms pretty much have no storage or shelves as they are small.

The murphy bed and kitchenette access were excellent. The location is great. Very friendly staff. The included breakfast was simple, but a great way to start the day.

Did not appreciate that the hotel not advertise a charge of $25/day. The kitchen lacked basic utensils. A serrated knife is essential. A hook to hang towels and a shelf in bathroom.

the location required walking through streets with ongoing construction, which did not feel very comfortable in the evening.

The hotel is located very close to everything, which was convenient. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and they kindly stored our luggage after check-out. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, including a well-working air conditioner, TV, and a small kitchen. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of pastries, yogurt, coffee, fresh fruit and dried fruit — a really good start to the day. Overall, we left with a very positive impression.

Exceptionally clean and recently renovated room. Great location to the metro and felt safe as lots of people out on the streets in the area in the evening. Continental breakfast with good protein choices was fresh and plentiful. It was easy and very convenient for us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as he explained better options to get us to our destinations using the metro. Great value and would stay here again.

It was quite expensive for a 3-star hotel...but then all hotels in Montreal in July/August seem to be really expensive.

The location was great - just off Rue St Catherine; the room was more spacious than we expected with separate kitchenette/dining area; very quiet; very clean; great check-in experience; parking available for $25.

I didn’t like that the pictures of the property didn’t completely match the actual property. There was supposed to be a couch in my reservation but other than that it was fine.

I liked the location of the property and the cleanliness. It was easy to maneuver around the hotel and the breakfast was great.

Parking was not very convenient since it is located in a sister hotel around the corner. We were not able to park there on the first night and left the car in a public lot about 6 blocks away.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious but the room was crowded every morning. Almost everyone spoke English.

The hotel in a very good location, easy access to old montreal and harbor area, there is a bus stop nearby that goes to the via rail train station. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean.
