Great Hotel, great breakfast selection, comfy beds. We had the family suite with two (older) teenage boys and it was great there was space for us all. The pool is indoors, but the outdoor rooftop patio (upstairs beside the indoor pool) was really pleasant and a welcome break after a day of sight seeing! Having a kitchen in the suite was really helpful.

The breakfast area was too crowded in the morning. We ended up doing a "take away" breakfast, taking trays of food back to our room rather than stay in breakfast area.

Love this place . Favorite place when we visit our daughter at McGill. Huge clean rooms, clean, nice staff, valet parking, gym and pool.. perfect location.. can’t beat it.

The location was central to many activities and transportation. The kitchen was very useful during our stay. The hotel kindly put our three rooms next to each other. Breakfast had a good variety of food. The rooftop area/pool was enjoyable. The staff was incredible (concierge for parking, the room staff, front desk and breakfast personnel).

The view from all three of our rooms was a corrugated wall on a parking garage.

Room was lovely and big. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was my least favourite thing about our stay. It felt chaotic and crowded with respect to moving around the space.

It was extremely chaotic at breakfast - insufficient seating and room around buffet bar so difficult to get anything with number of children and adults around. Disappointed that there was no decaffeinated coffee available or latte option. We ended up taking breakfast to room

Rave review from us! We booked a suite for two nights and were impressed by how spacious—and affordable—it was for the city. Everything was perfect, especially the bed, which was extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide selection, with excellent coffee and those famous Montreal bagels. On the top floor we enjoyed the pool, fitness center, terrace, and even a coin-operated laundry (washer and dryer are $3 CAD coins each, with small boxes of detergent available at the front desk). One evening we picked up takeout from a nearby restaurant, started our laundry, and relaxed on the terrace with dinner while watching the sunset—such a treat. The location is excellent too: Phillips Square park is just up the street, with shops, restaurants, and Metro stations only a short walk away. Despite being so central, the room was wonderfully quiet. All the staff were helpful and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Joseph, the valet. We truly loved this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Very good location in Montreal downtown. We had large room, although with old decor and without taste. Nice pool at the roof (indoor) with outside patio with nice views of neighbourhood.

While very pet friendly staff, the surroundings are not great for walking a dog. The closest park is mostly concrete. No restaurant in building, but there are several nearby.

the only problems is that one bed mattress is not good at all causing discomfort

Absolutely wonderful hotel in Montréal city centre. The room was huge, the staff super friendly and welcoming. The pool on the rooftop was so nice and the overall experience of the hotel was great.

Breakfast was a bit too crowded and not ‘organised’ by the hotel but we could always find a table.

Everything was spotless. Location was walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do. The staff was lovely.
