How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was only one downside. - make sure that you book your stay in advance and not 45 minutes before you check in like we did, because the check in process takes some time.
Everything was great, the appartment, the value for money, and the generosity of the team.

The bedrooms have no doors. Only curtains and it is a bit disturbing lol. Only one AC in the whole loft, it was really not enough and sometimes we will wake up in sweats

Everything was good
Exactly as shown in the pictures, with a warm and friendly reception team always ready to assist. The hotel suggests several parking options, but not this one — yet Indigoneo Saint-Roch has secured a special long-term deal nearby: only 25 CAD for 2 full days, making it one of the most competitive rates around.

While advertised as a “2 bedroom unit” that doesn’t quite stack up. There are 2 bedrooms but each bedroom has a wall that is only a fabric curtain. Very little privacy and deadly if your travel companion snores.
Great location! Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen.

The washer and dryer was on a separate floor, no closets available. The bedrooms are separated by curtains, which isn’t a problem for families but may be for couples.
Safe, practical and everything was provided.

Maybe some coffee and tea ,oil and salad dressing would be nice as basic amenities Bit dusty under furniture and there was some hair in shower.
Good location to city center by busbor foot. Apartment was nice.

When we got in the building our room door was fully open so that was quite surprising and a bit stressful as we didn't know if that's what we were supposed to have. But also everything was very clean apart from the toilet 👀🤢🫡 which had obviously just been used. And the shower was very cracky which was a shame. But honestly apart from these I would 1000% recommend this place! And also, we stayed 4 nights and it was perfect to really settle and feel great in that place.
We absolutely loved the flat, very stunning, super well organised and welcoming. The decoration is very beautiful and warm. The location is great, it's suuuuper quiet and very easy to access at any time. The bed is gigantic, there's a fully functioning kitchen, the couch is great, dining table very useful. I also really loved the bathroom, super big and huge shower as well. The view was very beautiful and I love that rooms have different themes and colour schemes!

Location is a bit far from the old town. Common areas not clean.
Nice apartment. Dorchester parking close by, safe and ok priced. Good food and drink nearby.

There is no closet in the apartment, the bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment through curtains (not a door), no window can be opened (so no fresh air).
The rooms have big windows, they are equipped with almost everything you need (no closet) and are nicely furnished. The location is good, close to city center and close to the train station (about 20-25 minutes walk to each).

Check on 4pm is too late. Cabinets in bathroom are worn and need replaced. Only net curtains on exterior windows. Our room looked out the back onto a building which has seen better days with rubbish on the roof and graffiti. It struck me as this has been built in an area which is improving but still has a bit to go
5 year old building with a lift. Easy to get into. Access in well lit area. Very close to Milo Restaurant which is excellent.

It took us a day to figure out how to get the air conditioning flowing through all the rooms using the ventilation system. But once we did it was very comfortable.
Very spacious, nice clean apartment in excellent location, we liked having the multiple bedrooms and kitchen.
