Mattress not comfortable, chairs and high chairs not so comfortable, very noisy, passing street, and few items were not working

Door opened up to the parking lot in unit 2 and wasn’t able to be locked from the inside so was a hazard for our 2 year old grand daughter. Doors should be lockable from the inside for safety with children. No storage for clothing at all.

Noise of the road and other guests. We had people on the studio above and you can hear footsteps, shower, toilet flush, etc…

Do not go to the property without an access code for the door. I had an approved check-in at 3pm. After 3 urgent calls and messages I received the code at 4:30pm waiting outside in the cold. You will not receive the code 1 day before and the urgent phone nr doesn't work.

The location, was great, and the loft was clean and quiet. Everything was as described.

Access code not provided as promised in the pre-arrival information (which variously stated it would be sent one day or one hour in advance of the arrival time). After contacting host via phone (voicemail) and Booking.com messaging a code was quickly sent by SMS.

We loved staying here, the apartment was beautifully styled, exceptionally clean and had a very comfortable bed.

was there for one night last minute idea - nothing to open a wine bottle ( I mean this is pretty basic to have a wine opener on the place 5$) - one log of fireplace which didnt even work - no instruction on site to say if trap is open or not -Air conditionning to warm up the place.. right over the bed to blow right in your face (was the only way to warm up the place - Arrive a little bit to late to be able to use the tub, can't event use just with water witout the jet to prevent the noise - I live in Montreal and heard more noise in the morning from the car passing front of the place , this is nice beside a lake but this is the main street and you will hear every single car like they was in the room with you. Time have never been set as time change the week before on the oven was flasing all nigh. I wake up to set it up in the middle of the night as i was tire to get all the reflection of the clock diming on the wall right beside the bed :) - the place look like nobody pass by for a while and feel like who care about people who coming in 3 days for one night, was cold when we get in - Wifi didn't work This is the perfect exemple of Pay, get in get out ! we want your money Little thing cool have been done to give a better value to the stay, but this is a no effort style ( we buy building we rent , we clean we rent and we don't have a clue of what is going on between 2 stay. I would have take the time to tell the owner without to write here if they had took 5 min to send an email or call to ask question. I wait a week before to fill up this form. So thats is how much they care about improving the future stay :) Good luck, getting is important, getting better for the next one allow you to book more often.

Easy booking and this not a spam. The view to the lake is great The easy access from the highway 3 try and got the code right with which key you have to do after the number which is not mentionned (like everyone have the same at home ) Communication with honour was quick and really polite

Very dirty (a lot of dust, hair on the bed and armchairs, yellow spots on bed sheets, stained and smelly towels), dryer not working in our room (n.3, but we used the other one in the guest laundry). We had to clean the room. Our loft is not for 3 persons (only 2 chairs) and my son had to sleep on a sofa bed dirty and not ready with bed linen (we prepared it with dirty bed linen found in the wardrobe). Shower handle broken. We haven't received the door code at the arrival, we had to call several times the renter to obtain it.

We were in unit 5. The walls are thin. We could hear the people above us though. We could hear the furniture moving and banging. I had to get out of bed and knock on their door it was that annoying. Also it would have been nice to receive information in English as I requested but my request was ignored. Online it also said we had a room with a pull out sofa but we didn’t have one in our room.

Lovely little studio apartment with a beautiful lake view. Tasteful decor and super comfy bed. Location was perfect for our weekend stay.

I have received the code to the gate at 7pm on the day of my check-in although I have already sent the documents needed to complete my check in 4 days in advance. The dishwasher was broken and nobody came to fix it even after contacting them.

Great location with a beautiful view. Size of the room is great.

there was no place to hang my clothes. no dresser, closet or storage for my luggage. I found that quite strange, given the obvious thought they put into planning the room layout.

clean, bright, beautiful decor, fantastic kitchen facilities, big rooftop deck overlooking the lake, convenient parking, comfortable bed, big TV, internet worked very well, secure, great fireplace, overall great stay
