Hot tub was cold, very disappointing. Hotel should have set times for adults that differ for kids splashing and swimming in hot tub when trying to relax was not wonderful.

The front desk attendant ignored us for about 8 minutes. He was working on the computer [wasn't working with another person], so he was busy. We were patient but he could have acknowledged us and said he would be with us as soon as he was able. His behaviour was unprofessional. The rest of the hotel experience was excellent. I have to say I am a repeat customer and the front desk is almost always an issue. Whoever monitors them should spend more time there to ensure they are doing a great job. I almost stopped coming to the hotel because of the front desk repeatedly putting me rooms occupied by others!! At least that didn't happen this time.

Great facilities, great restaurant, great place in Lethbridge. It is handy, quiet, and very comfortable. I am a repeat customer so I do appreciate the hotel.

Ice machine on the 2bd floor out of order. We were in this hotel in April and the ice machine was out of order then. It should be repaired

Dinner at the Italian Table restaurant was excellent! So convenient since it’s attached to the lodge. The indoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Beautiful tropical vegetation surrounding the pool area.

Kind of an odd sliding mirrored door for the bathroom is not very private. Also, it doesn't contain odors as well as a normal door would. Not a deal breaker, but just something to be aware of.

Location is great. A&W, Wendy's, McDonald's, and Tim Hortons are all within a block distance. Water pressure for shower was great. Beautiful indoor tropical-like pool area is just as depicted on the Hotel's listing. Quite unique.

Needs some fixing up. Things were broken or worn out. The bathroom sink has a big crack in it. It was black so it’s been there for a while. The lighted enlarging mirror in the bathroom would have been wonderful but the light didn’t work and it was falling off the wall. As a result, it was not practical to use. None of the charging outlets near the bed worked so everything had to be plugged in on the desk. Unfortunately only two of those worked. There was some wear too. The bed was comfy but the pillows were worn so not very comfy. The table was a beautiful marble top but the finish was dull and looked splotchy. It was clean but needed a bit of resurfacing. The drip coffee maker, again, it was clean but it was very slow to Mack the coffee and only luke warm by the time it was done brewing. Nice place but with some fixing, it could be spectacular. Your staff was spectacular!

The Sandman Signature is a lovely hotel with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful.

Canadian chain! Big indoor pool facility. Italian restaurant on site which was good value. Nice trail system behind hotel. Good value.

This time a room with loud ventilation A/C system even on OFF. However fabulous bed and pillows, so had a good sleep.

Stayed here before, every time a good and comfortable and clean stay. Indoor pool not for me, however a nice extra. Rooms at rear side very quietly.
