We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandAll fine - ice machine broken on our floor so we used the one on a different floor. Lots of kids running around but it was summer and they quietened down at 10pm.
The lady at reception was friendly and helpful - the courtyard pool area looked great although we didn't use it as we only arrived late and left early. Super comfortable beds and nicely appointed rooms - would head back if I was in the area

CanadaThe front desk attendant ignored us for about 8 minutes. He was working on the computer [wasn't working with another person], so he was busy. We were patient but he could have acknowledged us and said he would be with us as soon as he was able. His behaviour was unprofessional. The rest of the hotel experience was excellent. I have to say I am a repeat customer and the front desk is almost always an issue. Whoever monitors them should spend more time there to ensure they are doing a great job. I almost stopped coming to the hotel because of the front desk repeatedly putting me rooms occupied by others!! At least that didn't happen this time.
Great facilities, great restaurant, great place in Lethbridge. It is handy, quiet, and very comfortable. I am a repeat customer so I do appreciate the hotel.

CanadaKind of an odd sliding mirrored door for the bathroom is not very private. Also, it doesn't contain odors as well as a normal door would. Not a deal breaker, but just something to be aware of.
Location is great. A&W, Wendy's, McDonald's, and Tim Hortons are all within a block distance. Water pressure for shower was great. Beautiful indoor tropical-like pool area is just as depicted on the Hotel's listing. Quite unique.
