The property is almost perfect save for the grimmy floors. The cleaning team should do a better job mopping floors. They were very dusty. Otherwise I score the place 8/10!!

The only thing I would notice is that the property, at least our unit, was a little bit dated. There were little things around the cabin that weren’t quite working properly or were a little beat up. The barbecue is certainly look like it had seen better days. But that didn’t attract from our enjoyment at staying there. It just needs a little TLC I think.

Kids making reception area wet as reception was close to the pool. Going into elevator was super wet. There was no breakfast or even coffee available onsite other than make it yourself onsite. Noisy even during quiet time also but in any case noisy during the night. Could also do with wd 40 on all door hinges everything quite squeaky.

I was expecting better stuff in the suites. Suite 332's kitchen stuff were a bit disappointing. The pots and pans were old. 1 pot was missing a handle. All pans were old and crusty (quite disgusting to use). There were only 4 plates but a lot of the others and the fridge wasn't stable/levelled. And the pot holders were old, dirty and smelly. Also on the same suite 332, there was a portable aircon unit on the main floor bedroom that was not connected or set-up and no instructions on how to connect as well. There was an acrylic thing that has a connector but does not fit the window.

The staff at the check-in/front desk were amazing. One was Gary and the other guy with him were very lively, helpful and welcoming. I got 2 apartments/suites for our group. Both were clean as expected. My requests for extra towels, beddings and linens were granted. One suite (321) had a great (although partial) view of the mountains but the other suite's (332) view was the neighbors'.

Apartment stank of curry from previous guest’s cooking. Noise from upstairs apartment travelled through floor very easily so kept awake at night. Gun was disappointing.

Couch was not setup with bathing sets. It was not convenient for room for 4 people. Our room have coffee machine but no coffee for it.

Beds in second room old/uncomfortable, especially single bed - mattress or box spring really low on one side; hurt my body. Room was overlooking pool/hottib - super noisy - was like windows were open when they weren’t. Screaming kids, etc.

I was pleased with the comfortable bed, good location, and underground parking. I did not like the bedroom which was a loft style. Also the upper window did not have any curtains and the sunlight was very bright early in the morning.

The pre-check in communication was very limited. The property actually has a fully functional and helpful front desk on site. But that’s never communicated to us at any point. Because it’s listed as a condo/lodge, we were waiting and waiting for check-in instructions but never heard anything. Also there are some requirements for check-in, which are very standard but it’d be nice if that’s communicated ahead so that guests can arrive prepared.
