Bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable for us and had metal poles sticking out one side.

Was ok for what we needed - albeit expensive. It was very clean, great bathrooms and showers, reasonably well stocked kitchen and has a washer/dryer. Does back on the freeway so can be a bit noisy.

I think our room might have been below the gym because we could hear a lot of heavy thumps like weights dropping throughout the day and in the early evening, either that or people were running up and down the halls maybe - but overnight there were no issues with this. The pool was also pretty cold (but to be fair, I don't think that's something InstantSuites has any control over) And finally, I don't see the appeal of glass dining tables/coffee tables - they smudge and make a lot of noise when plates/cups/cutlery are used on them.

Great apartment just minutes walk from Canmore main street. Was good to have the use of well kitted out kitchen during our stay, and the fireplace gave the place a very cozy feel while it snowed outside. The jumbo bed was definitely jumbo sized (the mattress a little too soft for my own personal taste, but still had great sleep). Would definitely recommend staying here.

the only hiccup was the pool surface was extremely rough on the bottom and two of the kids and one adult got scrapes (that were raw/bleeding).

Everything was great in the unit itself. Easy to get into, great directions provided by the management, convenient location, view from balcony of mountains, all the amenities we needed, etc.

Pool was closed, but this is nothing to do with the property, this was down to the complex needing to carry out essential maintenance during their quiet period.

We’ve stayed in this complex a few times times now, excellent location and facilities. This apartment was great 👍

We used a door code, very easy to access to the apartment, also to the indoor garage. The guy was very nice and describe everything, answer all our questions. The apartment have everything you need during your stay . To add, the apartment is in an excellent location ... Everything is around you in a walking distance. Amazing pool in the building, quiet building, and nice people. Will come again. Good for family or business.

maintenance guy showed up unannounced and wanted to come in during our stay when we didn’t call and we didn’t even know anything was wrong.

property was very well kept and clean. everything we needed was there and the rental company did a great job at responding to our needs and requests. pool area was amazing for our young family.

Very close to Hwy so had to keep windows closed to keep out the traffic noise, however that worked well.

The right size for two couples with two bathrooms, a steam shower in one. Enjoyed the deck when the son shone. Witching walking distance of everything we needed.

it was very easy to get a hold of the property manager. the apartment was nice and clean and well stocked. the pool is awesome and great for the whole family. really good location. walking distance to many goose restaurants. would defiantly stay again.

It really needs a deep cleaning and replacement of small items like garbage cans.

The broken shower, the no information provided of our room number for check in, poor communication when phoning in, the cleanliness such as toe nails in the bed and stains on the bedding, no working fireplace….

Very disappointing location… The apartment is right on the highway, so the noise at night was terrible and only the master bedroom had soundproof window. The pool slides were fun for the kids, but the smell of chlorine was awful. The decor was kind of outdated and the building itself is not so pleasant, but overall it was clean and well equipped.
