That place is not for everyone. If you're there to party,stay away. If you respect yourself and respect other people's properties, then you can try it.Don't go there with children period.

I left at 7:25, there was no breakfast offered to me. It is a quiet residential area. One needs a car to move around. Nowhere near by to buy a bottle of water.i was very tired, I could sleep.I liked that.

TV channels were non existant

They did not have TV channels. You are required to login to your Youtube, Prime or any other account you may have. Breakfast was not being served although this would not have applied to me because I left at 03:45 AM.

It was very dirty and smelly, we couldn't even open the windows, the landlord was rude and took money from me twice! He was very rude, be careful

The no cancellation policy meant that we paid for two nights when we weren't there due to our flight being cancelled. The bathrooms were rarely cleaned; there was a clump of hair in the shower for 8 days that I think another guest cleaned up eventually. Breakfast cost extra and was a continental breakfast with some of the food past the best before dates. We had a couple days when others in the home were loud during our baby's nap time. This didn't affect us, but be aware that they have an 11:00 pm curfew.

Bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located close to our family events. Owners were very kind and welcoming.

Surprisingly nothing! I’ll say it again, exceptional!

It was exceptional to be honest. Quiet, clean and the staff was very professional. I’ve been to many Bnbs before and there’s always been something wrong, either my towels were dirty or even the maintenance wasn’t up to par but this specific one was exceptional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ottawa.

I didn't know how to use the complicated shower and burned myself a little and my boyfriend showered in cold water. I think there should be some instruction in the bathroom. It felt a bit crowded when two other guys were staying in the B&B, particularly because of the shared bathroom.

The host is just the nicest person, a very talented guy who showed us his musical and calligraphy skills. He even invited us to have a free breakfast in the morning, which was very nice. Thank you, Mushfiq! The room was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was nice too. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the host's hospitality really made our stay special.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. I checked out very early in the morning to catch a flight and he made sure to greet me in person. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

it was very noisy all through night; there were mosquitoes.. restroom is awful, unclean. doors and floor are squeaky and broken.. horrible for the rate. not at all happy with the service .

Dont let the outdated 8.8 rating fool you. 11:00 pm curfew(im an adult i dont need a curfew) No soap in the bathroom for our 4 day stay, mold in upstairs shower Noise from owners “band” after hours Counted 16 people walk out the door for a birthday party while other guests have paid for a quiet room Not enough parking for everybody, had to wait for company to leave to get a parking spot

Probably the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in...and i have a gorgeous king-sized at home, and this double bed was mega comfortable.

Not being able to get back inside after 11PM on a Friday night, not even able to go out and have a good night and come back to where we paid for accommodation, having an early curfew for accommodation we paid for is a bad joke.

The guy hosting the stay big old Mac Daddy was a cool guy, it's a shame there's no air conditioning in the rooms and our shower looked like something from a third world country.

room was dirty and dusty washroom was not clean. toilet seat was stained . no hand towels just two small bath towels to shower with. no key was given to my room. guests and owner had access to our room at all times. main door was given an access code that expires at 11pm. no in and out after 11pm. I ended up leaving and driving four hours back home because I did not feel safe. prior to leaving I confronted owner about being able to come in after 11pm and he stated in policy it says that and in fact it does not. I asked three times for key to room and he didn’t provide it. I requested refund as I left because I felt unsafe and he denied my request. bookings.com is investigating. for the life of me I don’t understand why it is even on bookings to begin with. 163$ a night for absolute non sense.. bed was horrible and pillows smell so bad. not clean at all. tv didn’t have cable you have to sign in to your own Netflix,YouTube etc. high price for a 1 star place to stay. also you have to take your shoes off at front door as stated from owner . odd request . would not stay here if it were free!!! beware before booking here. stay somewhere else you will have a better time . 0 stars

No hot water in the shower Bathroom wasn't the cleanest You could heat every noise in the house, we were afraid to roll over in the bed and wake someone Bed wasn't comfortable The only light in the room was a red light There are coyotes roaming the neighborhood Owner must stay close by as they showed up as soon as my partner and I came through the door after midnight. I would not book here again

The property manager should have canceled the reservation via Booking.com (prior to our arrival) and refunded the VISA transaction - neither was done. We've created a VISA credit card dispute to get a refund.
