Dated common areas especially the dining room, which looks like a bordello. Lack of an elevator should be made very obvious; we knew so we’re glad we could get a quiet first floor room as requested.

Comfortable, attractive and updated room. Nice roof deck. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot fresh croissants at breakfast a bonus.

sexy digital keys didn't work but the old fashioned keys/fob worked fine! Don't pay 'Cloudbeds' for that app! Just funny, I'm 72, the old ways are always better, even though I know tech well, the little things frustrate!

Location, room, and breakfast were all perfect. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were beautifully decorated and charming. An amazing experience and we would definitely come back to stay again.

We stayed for two nights and assumed after the first night, we would be given more towels, as there was only one each. We had to ask for another one as they were still wet from the day before.

Checking in and getting our parking spot was easier than we expected...being able to park out front when we arrived, and departed was extremely handy. The location was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great too!

We loved the hotel. Would not suggest it for kids is a traditional small boutique hotel but a perfect location!! They were responsive to needs and breakfast was perfect to get us started each day.

The common areas seem dirty, carpet is outdated as well as breakfast area . Terrace is not like pictured in the website, it is a common area that overlooks an alley with dumpsters and there was some construction going on so we never used it.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely, the staff were super helpful, and the location is perfect - right in the middle of the old town. There is free tea/coffee downstairs. The room was very clean.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful. Great service, comfortable bed with good support. The location of the hotel made walking the city easy and enjoyable. Nice buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this establishment.

I booked this stay for my family who speak limited English and French, and the reception staffs were very friendly, patient, and communicative. My family loved their stay! The girls at the reception were even able to speak some Mandarin.

The new parking arrangements are a bit of a hassle, and I thought the parking a bit on the expensive side (although not as expensive as NYC, I must say).

Great location in Old City. Easy to get to anywhere. Breakfast is excellent--fresh and appetizing. This is our second stay in this hotel in the past six months. Wonderful people work there.
