We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel was centrally located to what we came to see. That was the Old Quebec City area. The hotel was clean, they accompanied me to find the parking garage located nearby. The staff was extremely helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, and had air conditioning, a refrigerator, tv, and most of all a comfortable clean bed. There was an electric fireplace which was a nice touch for ambiance. Great accommodation for anyone visiting Quebec City's historical site.

The room was perfect for our needs. Location next to the elevator was perfect. Loved not having to worry about keys. The key pad was perfectand easy ro remember since it was a set of numbers I was familiar with, e.g. telephone The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful, especially when my husband was concerned about me. Parking in the garage was convenient. Arriving and departing close to the hotel was very helpful.
