The plumbing in the building was loud and we woke up in the middle of the night when someone took a shower. The mattress was hard.

All was good.

The location was fantastic. We could walk everywhere. We were so close to great restaurants, up town, down town, the arts museum, the fields of Abraham, the Carnival. Whilst the property is not staffed, it was easy to access extra toilet paper, coffee pods etc when we ran out as they were readily available.

Wasn't plowed or shoveled and we arrived during a snow storm. Parking was terrible!

The fact the the bad comes off the wall was frustrating, as there was a huge hall between the bed's edge and the wall, so you couldn't lean on it when you sit. Besides, as our room was on the 1st floow, we could hear everybody who entered the building and stamped their feet of the snow. There was also no room service and we received a fine when we parked next to the hotel It was also frustrating that the hotel asked for the room to be paid in advance, although I made the booking with it saying "pay upon arrival"

The room was nice and neat in general. It was also very warm, but the AC is a big plus. There is a good system of access to the building and the room - very clear and detailed. Thank you very much for this experience!

I believe that some plates and cutlery (knife, fork) could be made available in the room, something simple to enjoy a small meal in the room on rainy/snowy days.

This establishment has a self-check-in, which was quite simple thanks to all the information provided in advance, via message, email, and through booking. Extremely spacious room, very good location, was clean, and offered some coffee capsules.

The TV was quite small

Warm, cozy decor. Great location and loved the common space with some more amenities to cook, like a toaster, a toaster-oven, kettle, full fridge.

The room was tired and needed updating. The grouting around bath was black in some places and there was a slight leak by toilet. The sockets were not great for using travel adapters in as the adapter kept falling out.

The bathroom needed to be cleaner, especially the sink drain. Bathroom fan needs fixing or to be replaced.

There was a noisy ventilation duct by the bed. Our room was changed to this one at the last minute. I suspect because someone else had complained about the noise.

The room was comfortable and spacious The location was superb - only 15 minutes walk along the plains of Abraham to the citadel.

No management on the premises so questions about TV and heat/air were left to the quest to figure out or not figure them out in our case. They did respond to correct housekeeping questions.

I went to the parking that they recommend as they didn't have any place available and it was a good price and very close to the hotel. The staff was friendly I was having some troubles to enter at the hotel and the service my msg was efficient.

Three flights of stairs with all our motorbike gear and luggage was good for the fitness. Didn’t like the “no reception” idea, was an issue with our parking but it was resolved by phone. Was not really necessary to pay to park our motorbike as it could have tucked away in a few areas.

Excellent location to Old Quebec City Easy walk to the most amazing city I have been too. Beautiful restaurants close by Absolutely loved staying there

Room 103 needs some renovations and upkeep. Changing a couple of light bulbs and shower curtain might do wonders.

Great location. Reasonably clean. Great working AC and fridge are a definite thumbs up. Loved the common area kitchen/ dinning. Very comfortable beds with great mattresses and pillows.
