Was not a fan of the clear wall shower or the sparse countertop availability in the bathroom. Also, heard furniture moving on the floor above us in the early morning hours… Even before we had to get up at 6 leave for the airport by 7:30 AM. And, it was unfortunate. We could not experience the restaurant as we had to leave before they would serve food.

Location was perfect for Quebec experience. Hotel was very clean and the people were very friendly. Had a nice coffee maker in the room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Our room was not serviced and even worse they took the towels and left us with none Our room was down 2 flights of half stairs after we got out of the lift with our luggage

There wasn’t enough storage in our room for two people travelling with large suitcases.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. And of course the location was perfect.

It was difficult to change to temperature of the AC. We found our room to be quite cold.

The hotel was very conveniently located in Old Quebec City close to many restaurants and sights. We were able to drop our luggage off and returned after a day of sightseeing to find it already in our room. That was a nice surprise! The Tourism Office is located on the first floor of the building for those requiring information. The room was cleanly and well appointed. If you are driving, I would recommend pre-booking a parking space in the city, and walking or taking a cab to the hotel. Its a little stressful driving in the old town

For some rooms, you have to walk up.or down stairs with your luggage. No room service every day if you don't tell them. (Due to manpower problem, they said)

Great location in city centre. (Tourist centre on ground floor, very helpful staff there) Nice room and helpful staff. But bed and pillow a bit too soft for me.

I would have appreciated a door in front of the “closet,” and a shower mat for the slick surface of the shower.

Location puts you at the heart of Quebec City, and the photos are exactly what it is like. The Tourist office is in the same building on the ground floor making it very convenient for booking tours and departure on tours. Quebec City is a very walkable city and from the hotel location it is very easy to explore on your own. Remember to try and say Hello [Bonjour/Salut] in French and the hotel staff (and everyone else in Quebec) will give you excellent service in English.

Really nothing but if I had to say it would be the cost

Beautiful hotel, it was very modern. The room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. It was located in a great location and the man on the deck was fabulous, friendly and helpful. I would book again, it’s a little pricey but it was our anniversary , so we decided to treat ourselves.
