AustraliaOnly slight criticism is that the room is quite cosy but considering the price it’s still good value. The WhatsApp message system didn’t work and there wasn’t always someone at the reception desk to help.
Such a great location - basically on the Tofino pier which is great to watch sunset and still walking distance to the main shopping strip. We were worried about the noise after they warned us but we honestly had no issues whatsoever, and the bed is super comfy. Ate at the pub downstairs which was great too, albeit a bit expensive. You can tell it was recently renovated and has all the amenities we needed.

The staff, the café, and the decor were my favourite things. The location is also exceptional, right by the water and so close to shops and restaurants.

CanadaNight tables much too small, even though there is room for better ones. No light in the closet. Reading lights too dim, & too far away from the bed. No discount on 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th night, despite no service. Amenities not the best ( toilet paper, tissues...) No coffee machine in the room.

United KingdomNothing was a "don't like", more just advice. The hotel doesn't have a lift so something to bear in mind for accessibility and luggage. Our mattress was also quite soft so if you prefer a firmer bed, it might not hit the mark.
A beautiful room in a fabulous location. Almost right in the waterfront, our room managed to capture views of the water. We had plenty of space in our room, everything was clean and tidy. Lovely little inclusions of a beach bag and cool box to use during our stay. The hotel has a café, restaurant and lovely outdoor space. Fortunately we were also able to snag a parking space out the back too!

CanadaThere was no air conditioning for the room, so we had to open the windows but there were regularly people smoking outside and gathering which increased the noise. No breakfast was included even though the hotel has a cafe and a restaurant.
The room had a comfortable bed with a nice new shower and bathroom. The rooms do have thin walls that allow for noise transfer but they provided ear plugs and a noise machine in the room which made it not an issue. The location is perfect for exploring Tofino on foot and has a convenient parking lot for your vehicle.
