When booking we were shown the spa hotel location thinking we were getting that hotel. We paid 1100+ for night one 700+ for night two an were not able to use the spa area that was the main reason we booked our honey moon there. So disappointing. Shower in bathroom had some black stuff and our windows to our stunning view were spotty and dirty. We were no able to get complimentary breakfast on 2nd morning because our room was only 700 which in my options 2000 for 2 night should have included that and a complimentary bottle of wine 🍷 oh and the elevators were crazy waiting 10 min or more just to get it to and from lobby. There were room who left their trash in the hallways giving it a bit of a 2 star feel.

Best view ever cozy room and nice staff. Bar lady was great. Mile stones 75 dollar steak was amazing! Staff is what makes the place great.

No safe in the room. 25 minute walk from table rock.

Large room with city view on the nineteenth floor and the view of the falls from the window next to the elevator was stunning. Blue wego bus stops outside and takes you to table rock and Queen Victoria park.

Don’t believe what you see in the Hotel propaganda. 1) Restaurant has no direct view to the falls, even if pictures show that. 2) SPA and jacuzzis are not inside the hotel, you must change to the other Marriott hotel. 3) While our waitress in the restaurant was actually perfect, the Maître and the hotel personnel were just not kind.

Views from the falls are awesome if you choose a room with views. Just impressive. It is a hotel that you will need if you want to see the falls and get a convenient access to the attractions with the inclined railway.

hotel felt over run with young girls running around from the nearby dance convention- wouldnt have wanted to try and get in the pool as was overcrowded have no idea how the breakfast system worked- some days it seemed included some days we seemed to be charged - did try and clarify but no one seemed to be able to explain i left a drawer of clothes ( ok my fault) hotel have been unable to find them this was about 12 items of clothing and have been very unhelpful and trying to resolve

room was large with great view of the falls breakfast had plenty of choice good location - slightly quieter as on the edge of the resort and last one on the road easy to walk to all major tourist destinations

There was a fan that came on every five minutes in the room. It was extremely loud and the blast from it was cold and ridiculous. After a lot of searching we found the switch to get it off. Not very generous with the tea and coffee for the room.

Was right next to the falls

Loved everything! Just a suggestion to maybe lower the shower soap dispensers for shorter individuals :)

Attentive, accommodating staff, stunning view of the falls on a level with a balcony. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine for my partner, recognizing we were there for birthday celebrations. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The property has a large pool with jacuzzi tub and a good gym. Having Starbucks on site was convenient and the location was perfect and walkable to main attractions. I would definitely stay again.

The room wasn’t very clean and the property itself is quite old, the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. Considering the price per night (over 1000 CAD), they could invest some money in renovating/refurbishing the place. It’s a shame not to as it has great potential.

Great location to the falls and excellent view from the top floor.

Advertised an outdoor hot tub and sauna that was actually at the hotel across the street and had to pay $15 for wifi. The price for parking was also very expensive

I liked how close it was to the falls and the view from the hotel
