Nothing major. Friendly staff. All the pillows the same and too full for me. We usually get a variety at other hotels. No paper and pen which I needed… and the toilet seat was up when we arrived with dribble marks on the bathroom floor . I cleaned it myself and settled in. The rest of the room was nice and clean. This property is walkable to a lovely nearby restaurant but otherwise it’s a much longer walk to town.

Our stay was fine but between the booking and now a week after our stay I have received, I kid you not, 20 separate texts and emails from this hotel reminding me of my stay (at least 12 times) and asking me to rate my stay (8 more times!). Please stop! For this reason alone I will not stay here again. VERY excessive.

Floor in upper corridors and room SUPER creaky. This is a newer build and they definitely cut corners on enough sub-floor screws. Getting up in the night or early morning you wake others up just moving around the room. Breakfast ends at 8am on weekdays - ok for workers but way too early for leisure travellers.

Breakfast was disappointing. Waffle irons were not operational, fruit was minimal, cereals were 3 horrible choices. Eggs were flat breakfast sandwich style. No yogurt. Cook's choice item was good.

We had a suite with a kitchen; good option for those with dietary restrictions in a place like Kitimat. Room was clean and well laid out. Gym was fine with a good range of equipment. Parking easy. Lobby evening soup out one night and coffee and tea always available which was appreciated.

Did not get room I booked. Wanted one with a couch but it didn’t have it. They worked hard on breakfast but I didn’t enjoy it.

Location was close to town. Power failure city wide. Handled well.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and attentive. The air-conditioned room is warm. I'm gonna stay here again.

The staff mentioned that Booking.com will no send any details of the booking (For Eg:- with Kitchenette etc..), which I didn't believe. So I contacted the customer care for Booking.com and they contacted the hotel and I got the room upgraded.

Booking.com helped to update my room to a room with Kitchenette. I was not offered this on the first day

The breakfast was just okay. The scrambled powdered eggs were tasteless and could be enhanced by making grated cheese, green onions and salsa available.

It is a brand new hotel so everything is clean and bright. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. As a accessible room it had everything my husband needed.

The rooms were Micro, should of know when I booked that Micro meant small. Good for one person but if there are 2 of you it is really crammed. You can’t even get by each other to get to the bathroom. No room for any suitcases. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, we ended up going elsewhere both mornings. Each morning we showed up at 8:30am for breakfast(breakfast goes till 9am) and each morning there was nothing left and when we asked the first morning about the waffle mix being gone, she said she had no more for that morning and second morning no hashbrowns, no muffins or waffle mix and she said it would take to long to cook more hashbrowns and she was again out of waffle mix for the day. When we checked out I mentioned about the breakfast being gone she basically called me a liar! She said she had done the breakfast that morning and there was lots and the only thing missing was the stuff out of her control, she only gets so much ingredients each day and things take to much time to cook to start at 8:30 even though the breakfast goes to 9.

The room layout was awkward. Identified as a one bedroom suite. Even though there’s a door on one side it’s open to the main living area on the other end. When the pull out couch is open the room is too narrow you cannot walk around the end of the bed.
