Showers were not as good as they could have been, but a small negative.

Lovely lodge, close to central village area. Great kitchen with plenty of cooking and eating implements. TV setup really simple to use.

When we arrived, there were used wet towels on the floor in two of the bathrooms, and the soaps had been opened and used. We had to contact the Chamois front desk and order replacement towels.

Wifi is less than satisfactory. Only the study has stable connection. Location is a bit off the action centre, we got to drive to the centre and was a hassle looking for parking.

It offers lots of space. Kitchenware is complete. Jacuzzi is nice.

It was so cozy and brilliantly appointed - sometimes you stay with six people and there are only six spoons and six bowls and six cups…. This place has plenty of everything and is so comfortable. We loved our stay!

No towels for the hot-tub, so make sure you bring your own.

Not much, we had planned form teh location so there were no surprises. The insane lines on weekends, definately plan your ski days for mid week.

Location of montebello just outside the village suited us perfectly as a family. Glad we had a car as this just made everything so much easier. Close to marketplace for shopping and 2 minute drive to village fro anything else. If you dont have a car, get lockers in the village to store your ski's. The hot tub was awesome.

the kitchenware is very disorganized and full of mix and match items which clutters the limited storage space. Need a pair of kitchen scissors.

HVAC was not cool enough. Areas of the Condo were too warm and we were unable to cool those areas down because the HCAV control had a Governor which prevented us lowering the temperature.

nice location close to the village , 10 min walk. 3 full bathrooms very helpful when traveling with a family. we were very comfortable and the AC was a big plus as couple of the days we were there were quite warm in Whistler.

The location was very convenient to the village. The house was very spacious, comfortable and peaceful. It had all the mod cons you’d expect and more. we would definitely stay here again.

Struggled to reach front desk or reception on the day of arrival, may be if clear information about the front desk address would have helped, saved some time.

The property was amazing with its facilities and location, excellent mountain view. Enjoyed with my family and friends as a group.

our unit was missing the BBQ. the staff offered to bring us one. checkin was a little complicated. our unit # for our property was changed 3 times - our email confirmation has 2 different unit #’s and then when we checked in person, it was neither of the units in our confirmation. -one of the stove top burner was not working. we mentioned it to the staff.

-the property had many rooms and their own washrooms. that was a bonus. - great location, walking distance to everything. but also very quiet from everywhere. - the kitchen has all appliances and utensils.

After booking, I realized there is a barbecue, my wife contacted them over the phone to confirm if the BBQ is available and the propane tank is full. They confirmed the fact and we planned our meals based on that. We did our grocery shopping for the trip based on that just to arrive and realize it doesn't excist there. After calling them they denied it was advertised, and denied us calling them. Later on I realized we had booked a unit that was equipped with BBQ but they assigned another unit that didn't have it. They didn't offer any solution other than denying all of above.

I liked the location and beautiful sounding and nice luxurious furniture, beds,... I also enjoyed the hot tub, and it felt like we are at home.

The heating was inconsistent around the house, some spots were hot and others were cold. Also the bedrooms were quite small except the primary. The soap amount for the bathrooms was too small and there was no body wash, just a soap bar.

The living room and kitchen were big and well equipped. Nice views and close to the village.

They did not clean yet a cleaning fee was charged as part of the booking fee. The BBQ was not cleaned, there were dishes in the rooms still and it had not been swept. There is no cupboard space to pack the few groceries that we had. There are noise restrictions but the neighbours did not stick to them.

Totally incorrect instructions given. Took us 1.5 hours to get into property. No email received giving door code. Long walk to collect key from reception - but key was non existent. Very, very frustrating

The decor & furnishings needs to be updated, considering the weekly rate paid. One of the doona covers was falling apart found bedding to be quite tired.

The location was good and the cozy for family of 6.
